I really like Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup because it's extremely easy to use. The web-based interface is very user-friendly. It's super easy to find and restore individual files, which is a big plus. Setting it up was also extremely easy; I just needed to provide some basic information about my Microsoft 365 environment. It performs reliably in backing up and providing restore processes for the main Microsoft 365 components, including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. I like the comprehensive Microsoft 365 coverage. It effectively backs up Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Planner, and Entra ID. The web-based user interface is very intuitive and easy to navigate. While the product is generally user-friendly, I don’t like how complex the search filters are during restoration. The UI also feels cluttered, and the reporting makes specific settings harder to locate. Overall, the reporting features could be clearer and easier to navigate. It is easy to use and setup inside of our environment. When we need to get peoples information that they might have accidentally deleted or someone has incorrectly modified, we can easily go into the backup appliance and recover previous versions. Cloud-to-Cloud backup is very easy to setup and configure, just login with an account that has the right permissions and Barracuda does the rest. I enjoy having a backup solution that is all-in-one. Barracuda backs up our on-prem and our cloud environments that I can manage all in one portal.
