**What do you like best about bao solutions?**

The design, the user interface and easy usage. I use the platform for my Sales Pitches almost all the time!

**What do you dislike about bao solutions?**

Small improvement could be: An automatic log of a call in Hubspot

**Recommendations to others considering bao solutions:**

Try it out and see the effects for yourself. It is a very easy-to-use tool

**What problems is bao solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is giving me the possibility to always have a clear perspective of where the conversation should be going. I am definitely more productive and the way how bao is saving the notes give me an easy overview of the conversation when I look at it one, two or six months later.

**What do you like best about bao solutions?**

Bao gives us the opportunity to design a uniform customer journey with structured playbooks for different contact points and to subsequently document the relevant framework parameters cleanly in our CRM. Furthermore, Bao enables us to increase the efficiency of our employees and to train new employees more quickly. 

**What do you dislike about bao solutions?**

The user-friendliness of the playbook creation and the analysis options are limited. In these two areas, we hope for further development steps to raise the full potential in the future, especially with regard to iteration possibilities and best practice analyses.

**What problems is bao solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We create a uniform process to integrate relevant framework parameters into our CRM.

usability when it comes to sales guideline could be better
could be more a enterprise product - for SMB perfect - for enterprise still some potential to be better

-since we use bao with have a better overview / insights about our sales calls, we can improve the whole sales process better and also have now a much easier start for employees who are new in the team

**What do you like best about bao solutions?**

bao is a great solution to provide all necessary information at the right time. CRM-Integration works perfectly and helps you and your employees to save CRM documentation time.
The analytics feature gives you a great opportunity to analyze your calls and customer answers to steer your sales calls in the right direction. 
Easy to use and implementation is also a plus.

**What do you dislike about bao solutions?**

By now we haven´t discovered any downsides. Still working on our playbooks to further improve our sales calls. Our direct bao contacts are very responsive and helpful when it comes to any questions.

**What problems is bao solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increase documentation in CRM without taking too much of sales person´s time. Analyze our calls on why customers didn´t buy at the first glance or want to  cancel their lisences.

**What do you like best about bao solutions?**

Thanks to Bao, we have the opportunity to train all sales employees uniformly. Every sales employee can follow the standardized process. This leads to fewer errors and increased customer satisfaction. All calls are documented consistently.

**What do you dislike about bao solutions?**

So far, everything we have suggested as an improvement has been implemented. The team at Bao is very interested in continuing to grow and solve problems. We are very satisfied with how we are currently using Bao.

it`s very easy to setup administrate and use - especially since it has a google integration - and a great support team                                                    .

nothing so far it's supporting us very well.                                                                                                                         .

we need to bring our sales reps on track as fast as possible - newbies with a lower experience can learn and develop fast with the bao solution. The guidelines for their outreach are very interactive and can be built up with all the experience from our senior-level reps

Easy to set up, intuitive to use.
Helps sales reps to capture conversations and to stay on track with a structured qualification process. Saves substantially time otherwise spent on documentation.

Integration in CRMs and Outreach tools could be more sophisticated, but the bao team seems to work on that.

Ensuring a standardized way of qualifying potential customers across the entire sales team.
Reducing the work load for each rep for documentation in CRM.

**What do you like best about bao solutions?**

The playbooks for sales calls. They make sure we get everything right and don't miss any crucial step with a reach out to a prospect.
What we really liked is that their customer success manager Christian helped us set up and customize our own scripts and made sure that we are happy with the system.

**What do you dislike about bao solutions?**

We couldn't integrate with our CMR but it was solved since then.

**What problems is bao solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collects and tracks sales reach-out info in one place. Helps us develop our process and helps with objection handling. Knowledge sharing with new sales-focused employees is faster.

·        bao SWIFT: working on just one screen is super

·        Playbook creation costs time but in the end it pays off because the better the playbook the better the results

really worth trying it; if you want to be prepared for the future of selling and want to be ahead of other sales orgs bao is the way to go
