"Great Product for Loan Exceptions Monitoring"

What do you like best about BankStride?

BankStride is a slick product to manage loa exceptions and portfolio monitoring with an easy-to-use customer portal for document uploads and pending exceptions. My favorite feature is having checklists and automated reminders for customers to send finance, tax, property, and insurance documents. The solution eliminates the never-ending emails going back and forth about what information we need versus what customers have provided. BankStride has saved us tremendous time and effort by getting precisely the information we need to meet our compliance and reduce loan risks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BankStride solving and how is that benefiting you?

We monitor many loans manually for covenants and financial requirements. A customer’s risk profile can change significantly over the years that follow a lending event. Managing loan agreement adherence through reporting and internal monitoring is a tedious battle for banks. Banks that pursue superb loan agreement management are faced with handling complex recurring tasks using the essential tools of email, spreadsheets, and calendar ticklers. What do you like best about BankStride?

My favorite feature is the fact that the platform interfaces directly with clients, eliminating the need for my team and I to have to collect documents manually. The automation capabilities save our team tons of time...these are the two main differences between Bankstride and other platforms like ncino, abrigo, etc. We have reduced exceptions almost entirely. Bankstride automates exception tracking, tickler management, covenants monitoring, document collection, and risk reporting, eliminating the email back-and-forth and making it easy for our customers.
