I really like the automated email templates in BadgeCert because they're very easy to use and quite comprehensive. This feature is a very valuable tool for our learners. Our certification team already uses BadgeCert, and it was their positive experience that inspired us to sign up for it as well. Additionally, it's great that there are so many pre-templated badge options available, which require very little customization on our part. This is particularly helpful as we need to create a lot of badges for different courses.
