I have watch this company grow and adapt to customer needs all while providing TOP NOTCH customer service. Their support team is always available to guide and encourage. **What do you dislike about aytm?** I don't have any negative thoughts or experiences regarding my experiences with AYTM. I find their team supportive and willing to adapt to meet the needs of clients. **Recommendations to others considering aytm:** Having someone to turn to can help you feel confident in your plan as you launch consumer research. The AYTM team does an amazing job at guiding you as needed through the survey process and making sure that you are set to be successful. **What problems is aytm solving and how is that benefiting you?** Working in a B2B world makes maintaining a panel that meets all of our needs virtually impossible. Also, I really like it’s easy to use dashboard facility that helps me building useful surveys ahead. Apart from this the customer support system of this particular product is immense useful in order to answer all my queries at once with no useless pro long waiting sessions. For me the best thing that I found in it is it’s report creating facility that enables me to create useful reports that can go directly into the inbox of my clients and also I can even know the suggestions and feedbacks of all my clients with the help of this amazing product. **What do you dislike about aytm?** AYTM is excellent tool these days because it has lessened the workload from me to a greater extent that is so pretty comfortable. Apart from this it has a very unique interface that helps me in better understanding of the application with little or no special training. **Recommendations to others considering aytm:** This product has saved me from unnecessary workload and also helps me in making effective reports. We send out monthly surveys, mostly the same each month to track consumer insights, trends, behavior and so forth. First of all, we've gained more insights that we could dream of. Second, the AYTM's team is a dream to work with. **What do you dislike about aytm?** Following the Supreme Court’s decision in June 2018, many states now require sales taxation on SaaS services. We were unaware that this took place and that it would affect us, so one day when launching our survey our cost was higher than normal. But we understand AYTM can't do anything about it, but it would have been great to have a heads up on it. **Recommendations to others considering aytm:** Just get creative - the platform has endless of opportunities. If you dont know, then ask! The team is always helpful! **What problems is aytm solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the data we get back, we understand our consumer better, and we're able to provide our customers more insights to their customer than we have ever in the past. Sometimes I know what I want to ask but can't figure out the best way to ask it. The library of question information is in-depth and easy to understand. **What do you dislike about aytm?** If I have to think of something that I dislike, I would say that the sheer amount of information on survey research can sometimes be overwhelming. So the answer is similar to what I like best - I love that all the helpful information is there, but on the flipside, it can be overwhelming. **What problems is aytm solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use the survey platform to create surveys on trending topics that I can then use to write content that will bring traffic to my site. Once my survey is in the field, I can get results usually within 24 hours. This quick turnaround is important for today's world where the news cycle is super quick. ### 49. It supports straight copy-and-paste from a Word document, stripping out numbering, which I've found to be a great time saver.
