G2 reviewers note that advanced logic, statistical outputs like T-tests and Z-tests, and dedicated support are key differentiators pushing teams toward aytm's Enterprise tier over the entry-level Lite option.

Is aytm considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers consistently rate aytm highly despite recurring cost complaints, signaling a premium tool that delivers on its promises. Multiple G2 users across mid-market and enterprise segments explicitly call aytm expensive yet still recommend it, with phrases like 'worth it' and 'better, faster, and cheaper than alternatives' appearing across reviews. G2 reviewers in market research and consumer goods highlight that aytm replaces costly research agencies and outsourced statisticians, making the price defensible. The main value drivers cited are integrated panels, advanced analytics like MaxDiff, T-tests, and Z-tests, and fast turnaround. Small businesses on tighter budgets may find pricing a stretch, but high ratings across segments confirm strong cost-to-value perception overall.

What do you dislike about aytm?

"Helpful Support and Fast Responses, but Setup Timing and Pricing Back-and-Forth"
3.5/5
What do you like best about aytm?

Customer support was really helpful when I called. They assisted with setting up the survey and walked me through how to get each element working properly. Once the survey was launched, we were also able to get responses quickly, although there were some hesitations about how achievable it would be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about aytm?

There was too much back-and-forth during setup, mainly around pricing, terms, and structure. In the future, I’d also like to have someone available during European hours so we can get responses faster. Lastly, the cut-off times for launching the survey weren’t communicated in advance, which meant we ended up launching a full day later. Overall, I wish the timings could be better accommodated for European time zones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
