The Low-code tools allow for adjusting business processes without starting from scratch, which is a real asset for the specific needs of the industry and project-based management. The open-source approach and wide functional coverage are also very useful. Additionally, it can be easily interfaced with other solutions through its API or import/export tools. **What do you dislike about Axelor ERP?** As with any flexible ERP, Axelor requires an initial scoping phase. Getting started can be a bit unsettling at first, and one can quickly complicate the numerous settings. The Studio, as a Low Code module, allows you to modify all the ERP screens and create new ones. The BPM helps to create user journeys by adding business rules that make the use more logical. **What do you dislike about Axelor ERP?** one cannot easily modify the colors, the graphic style of the software but I believe that is the case now in the latest version of the software. Technical knowledge is required to install the application or get help from a partner integrator. **What problems is Axelor ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Axelor ERP helps us master the profitability of our projects. The modular nature of the software is also a major asset, allowing us to add or remove features based on our changing requirements. This modularity simplifies adapting the system to different business sizes and various industry sectors. Additionally, I particularly appreciate the BPM of Axelor ERP, which helps us optimize and automate our business processes, making our organization more efficient. It is also integrated with KeyCloak, which facilitates our identity and access management. **What do you dislike about Axelor ERP?** I find that Axelor ERP is sometimes too generic, which means it manages to cover a bit of everything but without excelling in details, particularly in general accounting and human resources. Moreover, there is no real integrator to help better customize or adapt the software to specific needs, which is a hindrance to the full usability of the platform. Regarding the initial installation, I was not well supported by the publisher, which, combined with our lack of maturity, made the deployment of processes inefficient. Furthermore, the absence of a marketplace, unlike alternatives like Odoo, Business Central, or Jira, limits the possibilities for extension or adding third-party features. **What problems is Axelor ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Axelor ERP for its open-source and modular nature, which facilitates the management of purchasing, sales, and inventory processes. It is essential to ensure that there will be no regression.
