The people I spoke with were very friendly and helpful in highlighting how AXDRAFT could solve our issues. Then once we chose AXDRAFT, they took over all the automation and setup. After that, they organized several training sessions for our different teams, and they gave us manuals on how to use the platform. I give AXDRAFT an 11/10 on service! **What do you dislike about AXDRAFT?** It’s really hard to identify a specific problem I have with AXDRAFT. While the software took a little getting used to, that’s par for the course. Plus, their support team went above and beyond in helping us. **What problems is AXDRAFT solving and how is that benefiting you?** We’re definitely not newcomers to the whole automation game. That being said, we had a lot of issues getting all teams on the same page. One team used one set of software. Another team used another set. So on and so forth. AXDRAFT has all the tools our teams need, which made it easier for everyone to come to an agreement. AXDRAFT helped us standardize all our software across teams. ### 2. With AXDRAFT I can draft contracts simply by answering easy questions. Their collaborative editor is so quick and convenient that we don’t even use ms word unless it’s with our external clients. Quickdocs really sped up our contracting, and I love that I can connect my salesforce account to axdraft. That last one just makes data entry (something that I hate) much easier. **What do you dislike about AXDRAFT?** The price 🙂 I know I’m being picky, but I don’t like having to fight with our finance team over budget questions. Still, for the price that I pay, I’m happy with what I’m getting (I just wish there were a free option so that I don’t have to argue over the budget). **What problems is AXDRAFT solving and how is that benefiting you?** Collaboration, collaboration, collaboration. I was tempted to write that in all caps, but it seemed to loud. Anyways, AXDRAFT has really helped us in improving our collaboration. In the time of BA (“before AXDRAFT”), collaborative work was disjointed at best and nightmarish at work. But now in AA (“anno AXDRAFT”), our teams aren’t butting heads so often. Now our biggest problem is convincing finance to keep allocating the budget for us. ### 3. When solving problematic issues, you always get advice or help on how to correct this or that situation. Respectful attitude towards the user. Regarding the software itself, I was pleasantly surprised by the interface, the simplicity of the actions performed during testing (it's my first time) and the expected result in the form of a complex bank document. All inaccuracies or errors were eliminated quickly and efficiently **What do you dislike about AXDRAFT?** There were no cases that would cause dissatisfaction with anything or anyone. All within the framework of the workflow. **What problems is AXDRAFT solving and how is that benefiting you?** When preparing a bank document does not take much time, does not require special attention, allows you to create a document in a short period of time or prepare a draft document in advance, then this is always very convenient. ### 4. I used to spend hours clicking through documents on my desktop, in dropbox, in google drive, and so on. With AXDRAFT, they’ve made my life so much easier. I just need to make sure all the data is filled out right. I can even add tags in order to speed up my searches. **What do you dislike about AXDRAFT?** The only thing I dislike about AXDRAFT is that I can’t use it to automate my coffee making =D But, all jokes aside, there’s nothing really that I dislike about AXDRAFT. **What problems is AXDRAFT solving and how is that benefiting you?** As I already mentioned, the biggest problem that AXDRAFT solves is data storage. Everything is saved in one place and easy to locate. As for how this benefits me, this keeps me from growing gray hair. Also, since I can find data quickly, I can create reports faster and perform audits quicker. This allows me to save some time that I can use to pursue some other projects I’ve had sitting on the back burner. ### 5. On top of that, it’s easy to search for and find documents since everything is saved in one place and there’s smart search. The software was sufficiently user-friendly that our teams were able to quickly get the hang of it. That being said, the AXDRAFT support team offered several chances to help train us on their software, and they made sure to provide us any documentation that they felt could prove useful. On top of that, the support team was quick to respond when we had questions or requests. For example, when we wanted to explore integrating AXDRAFT with a CRM, they outlined the current options, as well as how we could request a specific CRM and they would look into how they could enable such an integration. **What do you dislike about AXDRAFT?** Nothing that I can think of. Whatever minor issues I encountered were par for the course for onboarding new software, and they were quickly handled and dealt with. What problems is AXDRAFT solving and how is that benefiting you? For us, speed is essential. While many of our documents are standard, we have to process a large volume of them in a short amount of time. AXDRAFT helps with this perfectly. And with their conditional workflows, it really cuts down on the inconvenience of having to find the right people for certain documents. We can almost sit back, relax, and watch as our documents make their way through our pipeline. Plus, the fact that they were able to quickly roll out their platform for us within two weeks after we decided to go with them made for a seamless, swift transition.I think it would be nice to add the ability for users to edit templates themselves, as well as the ability to edit the document directly at the time of its creation (in places that are not input fields) **Recommendations to others considering AXDRAFT:** I would recommend Axdraft to all lawyers who are tired of the routine, as well as to large corporate clients with a lot of paperwork **What problems is AXDRAFT solving and how is that benefiting you?** I solved the problem of preparing similar contracts and primary accounting documents. I became less mistaken in the details of documents, there are no errors with incorrect copying from state registers ### 7. The support team has been phenomenal. Whenever we needed help, they’ve been there for us, and they’ve walked us through any problems or issues. They made sure to set up training sessions to bring our core team up to speed, and they left a standing invite for future training sessions should we onboard new members. **What do you dislike about AXDRAFT?** Although AXDRAFT does a good job getting everything set up, a bit of time is still needed for familiarizing yourself with the software and how you can collaborate using it. **What problems is AXDRAFT solving and how is that benefiting you?** AXDRAFT really cuts down the time it takes to draft and process documents. As a result, the amount of time and money we spend has been cut by more than half, and after just 1-2 months, we’re well on our way towards recouping our initial investment and setup costs. Thanks to AXDRAFT, we’ve even begun pursuing new business opportunities now that we have the available resources. ### 8. Also, the customer support is fast and helpful. I contacted the support team to change some settings and with a few other requests, and it was always a pleasure to deal with them. **What do you dislike about AXDRAFT?** I can't highlight something specific I dislike working with Axdraft. **What problems is AXDRAFT solving and how is that benefiting you?** We rolled out with AXFRADT to delegate the drafting of standard supply and sales contracts from the legal department to our sales team. The team analyzed our agreement templates and set up a fully automated drafting process in just 4 days! Now, our SDRs effortlessly draft contracts in several minutes - there’s no need to do any additional draft review. We further integrated our internal database into the system and can now fill in templates automatically with the most up-to-date information. We also consider extending our subscription to automate customer service replies. New features are released all the time, and we are excited to have more of our processes automated and improved. ### 16.
