What I like most about AXDRAFT is their top-notch customer service. The people I spoke with were very friendly and helpful in highlighting how AXDRAFT could solve our issues. Then once we chose AXDRAFT, they took over all the automation and setup. After that, they organized several training sessions for our different teams, and they gave us manuals on how to use the platform. I give AXDRAFT an 11/10 on service! I didn’t want to pick just one, so I named my fave three. Their collaborative editor is so quick and convenient that we don’t even use ms word unless it’s with our external clients. Quickdocs really sped up our contracting, and I love that I can connect my salesforce account to axdraft. That last one just makes data entry (something that I hate) much easier. The price 🙂 I know I’m being picky, but I don’t like having to fight with our finance team over budget questions. Still, for the price that I pay, I’m happy with what I’m getting (I just wish there were a free option so that I don’t have to argue over the budget). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The team is always in touch, it's a pleasure. When solving problematic issues, you always get advice or help on how to correct this or that situation. Respectful attitude towards the user. Regarding the software itself, I was pleasantly surprised by the interface, the simplicity of the actions performed during testing (it's my first time) and the expected result in the form of a complex bank document. What I like best is that it stores all my contract data in a single, centralized location that’s easy to search. I used to spend hours clicking through documents on my desktop, in dropbox, in google drive, and so on. With AXDRAFT, they’ve made my life so much easier. The only thing I dislike about AXDRAFT is that I can’t use it to automate my coffee making =D But, all jokes aside, there’s nothing really that I dislike about AXDRAFT. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were able to integrate Axdraft with our document management system (massive thanks to Axdraft’s support team who helped us every step of the way), so all contract details for both older and new contracts were made easily accessible. On top of that, it’s easy to search for and find documents since everything is saved in one place and there’s smart search.

AXDRAFT was so understandable and easy to use that our employees didn’t need any special tutorials set up for them. The software was sufficiently user-friendly that our teams were able to quickly get the hang of it. That being said, the AXDRAFT support team offered several chances to help train us on their software, and they made sure to provide us any documentation that they felt could prove useful.

On top of that, the support team was quick to respond when we had questions or requests. For example, when we wanted to explore integrating AXDRAFT with a CRM, they outlined the current options, as well as how we could request a specific CRM and they would look into how they could enable such an integration. Nothing that I can think of. Whatever minor issues I encountered were par for the course for onboarding new software, and they were quickly handled and dealt with.

What problems is AXDRAFT solving and how is that benefiting you?

For us, speed is essential. While many of our documents are standard, we have to process a large volume of them in a short amount of time. AXDRAFT helps with this perfectly. And with their conditional workflows, it really cuts down on the inconvenience of having to find the right people for certain documents. We can almost sit back, relax, and watch as our documents make their way through our pipeline.

Plus, the fact that they were able to quickly roll out their platform for us within two weeks after we decided to go with them made for a seamless, swift transition.I think it would be nice to add the ability for users to edit templates themselves, as well as the ability to edit the document directly at the time of its creation (in places that are not input fields) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not only is AXDRAFT cost-friendly, but the software itself is intuitive and quick to pick up. The support team has been phenomenal. Whenever we needed help, they’ve been there for us, and they’ve walked us through any problems or issues. They made sure to set up training sessions to bring our core team up to speed, and they left a standing invite for future training sessions should we onboard new members.
