The shipping is always super fast and reliable. It makes Awardco more valuable to me because it saves time to just stay on the site and redeem my points directly instead of having to wait for a gift card code. I like the way that Awardco looks, the interface is easy to use and it is very simple to use. With it being linked to my personify account, I am basically giving me money for being healthy. I think it is very simple to use when I first started, it was east to set up as much information was already avilable. I was able to purchase many things that added up to the total amount of points, and that was really helpful. **What do you dislike about Awardco?** The only problem was my limited awareness of Awardco. I would have liked an overview of what types of awards were available. For instance, once I was about finished ordering, I had the idea to type in "Cubs" in the search, and I found Cubs earrings for my wife! Prior to that, I was just scrolling through all the preset pages on the website. While it isn't much, you are provided a small monetary amount each month that gives you the opportunity to pick a coworker to give a small amount of points to and a reason say something positive about them. You have a variety of options to withdrawal the earned points from the platform which are turned into a monetary amount. Some are limited to a minimum amount of points that you can withdrawal, but many do not have a minimum. A large number of options to redeem your points for are gift cards, which I feel are a good option. Depending on the gift card you select, you are limited on what you can use it for, but there's enough options you'll likely be able to find something you can use. **What do you dislike about Awardco?** I found some parts of the interface to be confusing if you're given funds that only work within a certain store. It totals the limited points with the total amount of regular points you've earned, but you can't use them the same way as the other points. In addition, when I did have an issue, I had some trouble in contacting customer service. I'm not sure if maybe they were delayed due to the holiday, but once they did get back to me I was happy how they handled the situation overall. The platform's pretty intuitive overall otherwise. The UI was updated, but the points are still combined visually which is misleading. **What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you?** Awardco solves an unspoken issue of giving credit to others when they deserve it for doing a good job. There are many scenarios where we are happy with some small task another person's done and you just don't have a good place to give them credit for it. I came away with a strong belief in small, frequent, non-monetary positive reinforcements. I made a report that could have been used as a manual. Sadly, I haven't seen much use of those techniques in the various jobs I've held since then. When the Awardco Recognition Feed came online at my company about a year ago, I instantly recognized it as BRILLIANT. It provides EXACTLY what I've wished for: small, non-monetary positive reinforcements that will be frequent if managers and supervisors use the system, and believe me, I've pushed everyone I talk to, please use the Awardco Feed! **What do you dislike about Awardco?** Can't think of anything. I can find what I'm looking for relatively easily. It includes a big variety of possible awards. The integration with amazon is particularly easy since it doesn't require using gift cards and can buy items directly from amazon. The hotel integration is also particularly nice. The 1-to-1 pricing match with points vs dollars is consistent and easy to understand. Giving points is also very easy and the system guides its users along the way. **What do you dislike about Awardco?** Hotels can be hard to find sometimes. I dislike that the hotels tab only allows you to search by city, but then there is no search button or filter to browse specific hotel names. If someone wants to go to a particular hotel in a city where there are several possible options, it is not easy to find. Also, it isn't useful to have the main page show "All" recognition by default. "My Circle" or "Peers" should be defaulted. Also, integration with Microsoft Teams or outlook to have a better suggestions for "My Circle" would be great. The recognitions themselves allow you to tag others for visibility, and the points that go along with them make it a fun and incentivized way to thank one another. As a manager, I know how important it is to recognize your team. It goes a long way! We have an integration with Slack as well, so you are alerted right away (also by email) if you have been recognized. I haven't had issues or needed support, and I am not one of the buying powers so I am less sure about onboarding and pricing. **What do you dislike about Awardco?** There are some very high point items in the catalog for redemption, and they are almost unachievable, so I wish there was a way to put up the remainder of the cost with personal funds. It also helps us measure performance based on our participation around the office, so we can better understand whether we’re contributing and making as much of an impact as we think we are. **What do you dislike about Awardco?** I don't love the lack of privacy that sometimes I would like.
