The imagery that comes from the technology is so clear. **What do you dislike about Maestro | AR?** Not so much anything to do with the software or technology, but ensuring that our teams have a documented process for how to use it is something we needed to foresee & plan for more efficiently. We neglected to define personas and identify subject matter experts outside our core team. **What problems is Maestro | AR solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows for more accurate information to be diagnosed quicker. Our care teams heavily benefit from this technology because they have information readily available across all systems for review. ### 3. It has helped our managers save time by having this automated system. **What do you dislike about Maestro | AR?** I wouldn't say I like the limited features and functions. I believe there is little room for improvement, mainly in the functionality, but overall, the product is excellent. **What problems is Maestro | AR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Maestro is currently solving the previous issue of spending too much time on quality assurance and coaching. As of right now, that has been tackled, thus allowing our supervisors and managers to focus on more significant tasks. ### 4.
