**Describe the project or task avatar new york helped with:**

All of my companies paper paperwork was made virtual with Avatar. Now everyone on the team can access documents and information through avatar. There were quite a few hiccups when switching everything over to Avatar, but for the most part, things are running smoother now. Trying to find certain documents on Avatar can be tricky but that can be said of most new programs you're not too familiar with.

**What do you like best about avatar new york?**

The company wide university of sharing information.  Once documents are uploaded onto Avatar, they are visible to the rest of the team.

**What do you dislike about avatar new york?**

Trying to find certain documents. Also, my company's avatar goes down occasionally, but this may be my companies fault and not avatars

**Recommendations to others considering avatar new york:**

It's a long process to get familiar with avatar. It takes time and patience to get used to it.

**What problems is avatar new york solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping documents organized and easily accessible. Instead of having several different programs and several different usernames and passwords, now it's all completed in avatar.
