What do you like best about Avail Swag Management Platform?

We have used Avail for several types of projects and have had a great experience. We have done a one-time pop up shop for winter uniform items, large orders of swag for a company meeting, a "party link" for volunteer t-shirts, and a uniform ordering site. I like how easy it has been to start a project, get options, give feedback and get additional options, and how quickly we get samples. The uniform site has been very easy to manage, and reordering inventory is easy as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Avail Swag Management Platform?

I don't like how it auto-closes projects if there is no activity for a certain period of time. We sometimes have delays because other things take priority and it would be nice for them to stay there until we request for them to be closed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Avail Swag Management Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before we started using Avail, we did bulk ordering of uniforms and had them delivered to the office, then organized them into boxes by size. When someone needed uniforms, I had to pull them and give them to our Parts & Warehouse team to ship. It was definitely not the best use of my time and managing the inventory levels was challenging. Avail has taken all of that off my plate in addition to the warehouse team's plate. Our employees also like the store and the ability to choose which items they get. What do you like best about Avail Swag Management Platform?

I like probably the ease of just being able to do what I want without having to wait for a proposal of options. I felt like it was faster without a middleman. I also like that I can search by category, which is super helpful. Additionally, being able to leave direct handwritten notes on what I might wanna see was probably the most helpful feature for me. What do you dislike about Avail Swag Management Platform?

Maybe two things. I wish there was a greater selection. Like, when I asked for things, I got an okay selection. But if I had to push for more, I would've liked to just be able to browse and see more. Secondly, I would say I didn't always, like, see where I had messages or notes from the system. And that I felt like they sometimes missed messages back to me because of that. "Amazing Dashboard That Makes Inventory Visibility Effortless"

What do you like best about Avail Swag Management Platform?

The dashboard/portal is AMAZING. We moved over from a previous vendor that didn't even have a dashboard. If we wanted to know quantities of items in storage, we had to send them an email and then wait 2-3 days for them to respond. And we later found out most of their numbers weren't even accurate. What do you dislike about Avail Swag Management Platform?

I wish the column showing the average amount of an item used weekly was a permanent column on the SKU dashboard. Having to manually add it every time is cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for your positive feedback on our platform's navigation and customer service. We understand your concern about the setup fees related to projects. One quick note would be the set up fees are associated with the products chosen and required from the manufacturer to do the imprint itself.

You're welcome to duplicate unlimited projects within our platform with no extra costs. Whenever possible, we try to reduce or eliminate repeat order set up fees.. it's unfortunately just dependent on the product option. We'll keep the swagalicious items coming!
