The platform is intuitive and user friendly. It made our ordering process much easier for all involved. A vast improvement over the company we had used previously where everything had to be done via many emails back and forth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wouldn't say there are any downsides to using the platform especially if you came from something that was frustrating and time consuming to begin with. If I had one critique it would be that sometimes prices can be a bit high, but the team we worked with was great about helping us to the best of their abilities on getting items within our price range. I have loved the easy access to quotes and apparel options on the Connect App. There customer support has been excellent as well, always fast, always responsive, always helpful. Every time I need a quote for an apparel item, I am always looking to Avail to see the options available. I also love that all orders from my company from any rep are on Connect. Sometimes in my quoting process, I need to know the cost of 1-2 color imprint, etc details. It would be awesome to easily access that but I have to wait for a rep to get those details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
