Creating courses takes minutes, and quizzes can be added to measure effectiveness. The learner home page provides a simple and comprehensive status on assigned courses. **What do you dislike about Auzmor Learn?** There is not a robust process for documenting on the job training. **What problems is Auzmor Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?** Auzmor is streamlining our training and onboarding processes by replacing our paper-based records with electronic records. The system allows us to organize employees into Teams, so the job-specific training can be automatically assigned during onboarding. The Team training plans remove the need for supervisors to identify the training required for each employee and request physical sign-offs for each training record. Auzmor also allows easy reporting on training status that can be scheduled for feedback to supervisors and administrators. The reporting capability makes pulling records for compliance audits as easy as clicking a few buttons versus digging through file folders. ### 2. But, Auzmor is intuitive, and my users have no issues completing training. Customer service is also second to none. Auzmor's support team listens to customers and are always quick to respond. I highly recommend! There are so many great functions of this platform that I could write about it for days. **What do you dislike about Auzmor Learn?** I don't have any dislikes. If issues arise, customer support is always quick to respond and find a solution. However, adding gamification to the platform would bring it to another level. **Recommendations to others considering Auzmor Learn:** Great product and great people. I highly recommend. **What problems is Auzmor Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?** I train nearly 300 staff for a non-profit located in Minneapolis, MN. I live in Florida, and Auzmor gives me the ability to provide practical training from across the country. In the disabilities field, we are required to provide an exorbitant amount of training on an annual basis to stay in compliance with licensing regulations. Auzmor has given the company the ability to do so. We are going on nearly three years with no training-related citations! ### 3. I also appreciate the "cleanliness" of the user interface - it is clear and easy to navigate. We went with the entire Go1 content library and that, in itself, is a huge bonus for us. There are over 75,000 pieces of content for us to choose from. The support we have received has been great - we have a manager of customer support overseeing our implementation and the training we have received has been on point and useful. **What do you dislike about Auzmor Learn?** I have not experienced any major "downsides" although I do feel that getting a course launched (published) is a bit lengthy and has a lot of steps. Other than that, the team has been very responsive and addressed all of our needs, questions, and concerns. **What problems is Auzmor Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have not had a quality learning management system since I arrived here in October. Once I found Auzmor, I am anticipating engagement skyrocketing because we now have a system by which people can be trained and developed professionally. Also, prior to Auzmor, I could not assign training to anyone who was NOT in our payroll system because the LMS was linked to the payroll system so that was a huge problem solved. ### 4. Of course, we'd like to see them immediately, but having to wait a few months is reasonable when we consider how much the software has added to our training productivity. **What problems is Auzmor Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest issue for us was being able to offer a consistent new-hire training experience throughout our retail chain. I can easily build out a course with stock images, audio recordings, videos, and interactive widgets without visiting any third-party sites. Their customer service is also exceptional. Whenever I've had an issue or question, it is addressed immediately and usually resolved within a few days (and I've never had any serious issues). I've used several LMS platforms over the years, and this, by far, has been my best experience. **What do you dislike about Auzmor Learn?** It would be helpful if the report and user settings were more sophisticated. The types of reports you can pull are very basic and not easily customized. For example, it would be great to pull an overdue user report that showed each course an employee was overdue on. In addition, I'd love to be able to customize profiles (like giving certain users more privileges than others without providing full admin access). I would also love it if they changed their pricing so that customers only pay for the number of employees using the LMS that month instead of getting charged for everyone active on the site. **What problems is Auzmor Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before implementing Auzmor, my company did not have an LMS or any consistent learning opportunities. The customer support team is responsive to requests and exciting new products and offerings have been rolling out. **What do you dislike about Auzmor Learn?** I'd like to see more options for branding and customization within the platform, specifically, ways to add graphics, logos, and headers representative of our company. Visually, the platform still looks more aligned with Auzmor Learn's branding, and it can be a little confusing for some of our users. Other competitor platforms also offer evaluation tools and widgets to survey users and they are comparatively more robust than what Auzmor Learn currently offers. There are a lot of options to add content and customize the learner's experience. While the product is solid, the Auzmor team is even better helping us realize our training goals and guiding us to get the most out of the product. A lot of content options are available to use instead of just the traditional slide shows we have being using for years. **What do you dislike about Auzmor Learn?** Not so much dislike, but some features were not readily available in the product. In the end though, Auzmor is very receptive of such feedback and will work with you to find a solution, workaround, or have it available in an upcoming release of their product. **Recommendations to others considering Auzmor Learn:** We selected Auzmor after a lot of research and considering other LMS vendors. A lot of LMS vendors say the same thing about what is unique or differentiates them.
