Efficiency and automation: The software can automate many task, saving time and reducig errors. **What do you dislike about FastLot?** The pricing for Fastlot might be too high for small dealership. **What problems is FastLot solving and how is that benefiting you?** FastLot has helped in two things for us 1)Manual and time-processing: Fastlot can automate many tasks, saving time and reducing errors. 2) Lack of data- driven insights: The reporting and analysis features of Fastlot can help dealerships make informed decisions based on data. ### 2. Essentially this product by AutoRevo is used as a sophisticated internet marketing platform. It has a search engine optimized dealer websites, an inventory management system, market pricing, complete inventory integration with any online classified site, a lead management system, reporting analytics, digital documents, and more that empower business leaders to advertise and market inventory in real-time. **What do you dislike about FastLot?** The biggest issue is the steep learning curve. This means that the end user will need to spend significant amounts of time to get the power from the toolkit. I would recommend that FastLot tries to simplify the process as much as possible and keeps the customer in mind. **Recommendations to others considering FastLot:** I would say that in general the product is quite good. The issue is that sometimes there is a need for advanced skillsets to become proficient in the tool. My advice would be to read all the documentation and be comfortable in implementing and using FastLot before going in and toggling the levers. **What problems is FastLot solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am primarily solving the issue of seamless integration between the tool and business processes that I am daily in charge of. The best benefit is that the tool keeps me on track and greatly simplifies the task fo managing inventory. The issue, however, is that the significant learning curve causes some issue in training my subordinates in using FastLot. This will be mitigated as FastLot finds methods to simplify the process. ### 3. Their marketing includes inventory management, report analytics, and various advertising implementations. **What do you dislike about FastLot?** The only thing is that there is not a lot of information about it on an initial search. The price for their plan is a little high, however, because they offer so many services within the plan, it seems to be well worth it. This does all depend on how much of their service each company plans to use. **What problems is FastLot solving and how is that benefiting you?** From what I have observed, FastLot provides management that is not only informative and helpful, but also efficient and empowering. FastLot is very thorough in meeting the needs and expectations of its customers. ### 4. Unlimited photos and video content. **What do you dislike about FastLot?** There really isn’t anything that I dislike about FastLot **What problems is FastLot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Merchandising inventory within the first 48 hours of receiving the car to be able to get it in our virtual show room affordably. ### 6.
