Our biggest day-to-day issue is total unpredictability. Traditional bots followed strict rules, but these new AI agents are far too probabilistic. We also faced a steep learning curve; debugging these complex multi-step workflows is tricky because the control logs lack clear visibility into what the AI model actually decided at runtime.
