I dislike that AutogenAI is positioned and priced very much as an enterprise tool, which makes it hard for smaller teams to justify, especially with opaque “contact us” pricing, minimum seat commitments, and extra onboarding fees. I’m also not a fan of how much manual governance is still required: users have to perform their own conflict checks, manage content freshness, and verify accuracy for complex or regulated bids, which undermines some of the promised automation. I don't like the Ask AI bar popping up every time I select text, because it can get in the way. I don't like that the copy text feature will copy over the prompt as well. It’s always a challenge at the start of a bid when you’re overwhelmed by the volume of documents. The initial task of reading everything and pulling out the key points from the requirements used to take days. With AutogenAI, that start-up phase is drastically accelerated. Previously, even creating the answer structure could be a slow, time-consuming step as well. This tool means the inertia around just getting started on writing is overcome. Also getting getting answers into v tight wordcount was very time consuming, this tool saves a considerable amount of time by providing alternative suggestions. Once you have written something it can be hard to rephase and your brain gets stuck, but this tool helps you see different, potentially better options of phrasing/structuring answers. Quickly helping me identify key points of RFIs/RFPs we are responding to, researching customers and competitors, drafting storyboards and providing content etc. Once we have our drafts the refinement is excellent, the ability to find evidence points, uplift response etc is fantastic. The new smart question workflow, even though it's in beta, maps really well to our bid process, acting like a one-stop shop that helps put all the relevant information together. This feature is great for quickly getting to a good base first draft that we can then refine. I find AutogenAI very useful for my role as a transition manager writing bids. It's great for brainstorming and helping come up with content and structure for documents. I like the ability to upload documents and appreciate the extract feature, which is good. It speeds up the process, making it quicker for me to come up with a structure for documents and helps me focus on other things like planning transitions rather than the writing itself. When you sent a file to a shared folder in Projects, I think it should automatically stay in your Drafts area also. When you save an answer from the Home page in your drafts, it doesn't save the prompt along with the response provided, if it could save the prompt as well as the response in one file, that would be good, so along with your response, you can see the prompt you asked to get that answer.
