I could understand the software as a newbie so I'd say it is pretty intuitive and simple, and may not need training. Good support also! **What do you dislike about Auto Shop Writer?** Even though it is simple to use, there must a way to learn things. Figuring things out on my own took me a lot of time and effort. Need a little more product development, which is why I'd say it is still a Work in Progress. **What problems is Auto Shop Writer solving and how is that benefiting you?** They should definitely develop their product more. It's been a while. Sometimes, I found the dashboard's layout a little too time-consuming. They can use a better layout or a set of layouts to choose from. ### 2.
