## About Augmentt
THE PROBLEM AUGMENTT SOLVES Managing Microsoft 365 security across 20, 50, or 100 client tenants is a different job than managing it for one. Most tools were not built for that reality. Your team ends up logging into 50 portals to do the same job. You build the same policy from scratch every time you onboard a client. A Microsoft update breaks something across your entire book of business and you find out when a client calls. Your L3 engineers are doing L1 work because nobody else has the context to do it safely. And at every QBR, when a client asks what you actually did for them this quarter, you have no clean answer. These are not process failures. They are the predictable outcome of running a multi-tenant operation with tools that were not designed for it. WHAT AUGMENTT DOES Augmentt is the Microsoft 365 security and compliance management platform built for MSPs managing multiple client tenants. Your team builds a security baseline once and pushes it to every client from one dashboard. No recreating policies by hand. No logging in and out of portals. A junior tech can run the deployment with guardrails already in place, and nothing gets missed. The platform audits every tenant continuously against your baseline. When something drifts, you get an alert with the details and the actions right there. Auto-remediation handles the things that should never have changed in the first place. You find out before your client does. For every QBR, Augmentt generates a client-facing report showing what was caught, what was fixed, and what the security posture looks like across their environment. That report is what makes the security service line defensible when a client pushes back on the bill. It is also what makes it possible to charge for security at all, because if you cannot show the work, clients assume you are not doing any. WHO IT IS FOR Augmentt works for MSPs who are past the early growth phase and running a real M365 practice. The typical customer manages 500 or more M365 seats across multiple client tenants and has reached the point where their process does not scale the way they need it to. Two people are usually involved in the decision: The technician or service director who evaluates the platform. They are the ones logging into 50 portals, getting pulled back into break-fix before finishing security projects, and worrying about a policy drift they missed. They care about multi-tenant efficiency, the ability to delegate safely to L1 and L2 staff, and fast remediation when something goes wrong. The MSP owner or operations manager who approves the purchase. They are fielding harder security questions from clients, watching margin compress as labor costs rise, and looking at competitors who are already offering managed security services. They care about revenue, client retention, and not carrying liability they cannot manage. When the tech is already sold by the time the owner is in the room, deals close fast. The average sales cycle is 26 to 28 days. THE ARCHITECTURE DIFFERENCE Most tools that claim multi-tenant support were not built that way from the start. They use a golden tenant workaround: a master account that pushes policies out to client environments. That creates problems. When Microsoft changes something, your golden tenant setup breaks. **What do you like best about Augmentt?**

I was impressed with the straightforward deployment process for Augmentt and the user-friendly portal that works across platforms. As an MSP, having a centralized portal to manage multiple clients efficiently is invaluable. The built-in remediation tools for common security issues help save time and effort. Integration with Microsoft 365 was smooth and painless in my experience. I appreciate being able to easily check on the security status of our clients through the Augmentt portal daily. Beyond the technology, the Augmentt team has been great to work with. Their sales and engineering support has been responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. I'm glad we chose Augmentt as a security partner and look forward to continued success working together.

**What do you dislike about Augmentt?**

You can't yet create customized templates for your Entra ID Conditional Access policies however I am told that templates are coming and I can't wait!

**What do you like best about Augmentt?**

Augmentt is a tool that has completely obstructed the way I work. The software is lw=ess user friendly and non intuitive making it difficult to navigate and utilize all of its features. It has decreased our IT operations not allowing us tohandle our software applications.

**What do you dislike about Augmentt?**

It is unable to  identify areas where we need to optimize. The analytics and reporting capabilities are somewhat limited not providing us with insights, into our software usage and does not aid us in making well informed decisions.

**What problems is Augmentt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I must admit that there are aspects that I find disappointing. The lack of customization options is a drawback. The platform doesn't provide flexibility in tailoring it to suit business needs.There are glitches and bugs that can be quite frustrating to deal with. The customer support teams response time is sometimes slow when it comes to solving queries, which hinders assistance when needed.

Augmentt is very simple to use and highlights the important components we care about. I love that we can not only see MFA status for all users, but manage it as well without having to log into the MS admin portal, which is always a big questionmark if it will work properly.

**What do you dislike about Augmentt?**

It is still limited in support for services that it can monitor and a bit pricey for what it does.

**What problems is Augmentt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a simple to use security tool for MS and Google tenants without all the clutter and junk of those services own admin portals and combines all our customers in one place rather than having to log into each tenant separately allowing us to not only see security risks all in one place, but manage many components for all clients rather than manually configuring each one separately.

**What do you like best about Augmentt?**

Augmentt’s integration with CloudRadial has been a game-changer! I get the technical details, security information, and management capabilities I want with Augmentt. And, my clients can view their own SaaS usage through their CloudRadial portal. Talk about a Win-Win!!!

**What do you dislike about Augmentt?**

I honestly haven't found any issues that the team at Augmentt hasn't corrected almost as quickly as it was discovered and reported to them. A bug I reported took about a week or so to resolve. I received an email almost every day from their help desk letting me know it was a top priority and being worked on. What I dislike is having to call other company help desks after the service I received from Augmentt! If you want to call them dislike's, there are two (2) things that I hope to see changed soon. 1) Reporting is "functional", but limited. With the information being collected, I would love to see more configurability to what is there now, how long its kept, and the output. 2) RMM & PSA integrations! It would be great to have integration with Datto Autotask & RMM (ITarian, HaloPSA, etc.) to open tickets and automate deployments. This is one agent you want to make sure is deployed to every host in your customers environment.

**Recommendations to others considering Augmentt:**

The team at Augmentt understands that every MSP is different. They dedicated themselves to understanding our business needs and have a holistic approach to partner success. The UI is clean and intuitive; it makes using the tool an absolute pleasure. The cloud application data they collect is something we have been missing and, if I am being honest, didn't know we could get it so quickly and easly. You don't know what you don't know, right!? We know now!

**What problems is Augmentt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloud application management and security is the next evolution for MSPs, and offering these services to new and existing clients helps us differentiate ourselves from our competitors. Augmentt’s integration with CloudRadial has been a game-changer! I get the technical details, security information, and management capabilities I want with Augmentt, and my clients can view their own SaaS usage through their CloudRadial portal.

**What do you like best about Augmentt?**

Augmentt allows our team a very reliable and easy system to report SAAS usage to our customers.   It gives us insight that we did not have before.   It also provides a great insight into security vulnerabilities or possible locations of data breaches.

**What do you dislike about Augmentt?**

We have not seen anything that we struggle with.  It would be nice if they could report on non-internet software usage.  IE Outlook, we can report if the customer uses Office.com but can't if the user uses Outlook.  I think this feature is coming.

**What problems is Augmentt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used it to help shore up our customers Office 365 security as well helping them create policies and control around users that implement unsupported SAAS applications.

It is straightforward to get data on what SaaS programs customers are using. The agent is easy to deploy and collects a ton of information. The reports in the portal are useful and bring value to QBR meetings.

**What do you dislike about Augmentt?**

There have been a lot of new features added over the last year, which have resulted in changes in the portal layout. While the overall redesign is good I have had to relearn some of the tools.

**Recommendations to others considering Augmentt:**

Reach out to the team and get a trial going. The onboarding team will walk you through the setup and get you ready to deploy to your customers.

**What problems is Augmentt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the transition to remote and hybrid work our traditional methods of tracking SaaS usage with firewall and network logs were no longer applicable. Augmentt has given us a way to see what SaaS tools users access on their workstations regardless of where they connect to the internet.

Augmentt fills a gap in the MSP space by allowing our team to easily report to the client what SaaS is being used by what team members.  This is done on a per-user basis and also allows you to flag each SaaS product to enhance reporting.

**What do you dislike about Augmentt?**

There is little to dislike about Augmentt at this time while understanding that they are newer and will have some bugs.  They are very quick to respond any bugs.

**Recommendations to others considering Augmentt:**

You may never have a better onboarding team than those at Augmentt.  They don't simply sign you up and leave you but rather call and email you to make sure things are going well.

**What problems is Augmentt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reports on what SaaS is in use (Discover), alerting on Microsoft accounts (Protect), and for those that don't want to give away admin credentials to techs they have Engage for PW resets and the like.

**What do you like best about Augmentt?**

The ability to easily understand our customers' full saas stack, potential risks and cost cutting opportunities is extremely helpful to keep our clients saas operations managed and lean. We've been trying to manage this manually, which is time consuming and challenging to stay on top of. The interface is also attractive, clean and intuitive, which allows me to know how to access any functionality of the tool.

The support is also fantastic - fast and very helpful

Opportunity is expand the features, but they have been very open about the roadmap and what's coming.

Makes things so easy!  I love having control of all our third party SAAS providers and feeling assured that I can rest easy knowing I have a dashboard for all our products where I can manage and maintain access.

nothing!  It's great and affordable for my company!

Previously... I had no idea who had access to my stack to manage my business.  I go through lots of employees and contractors so.... now I have a one stop shop to manage access and ensure only the proper workers have my company's information.
