Augmentt is a tool that has completely obstructed the way I work. The software is lw=ess user friendly and non intuitive making it difficult to navigate and utilize all of its features. It has decreased our IT operations not allowing us tohandle our software applications.

As an MSP, having a centralized portal to manage multiple clients efficiently is invaluable. The built-in remediation tools for common security issues help save time and effort. Augmentt is very simple to use and highlights the important components we care about. I love that we can not only see MFA status for all users, but manage it as well without having to log into the MS admin portal, which is always a big questionmark if it will work properly.
