"AI-forward CRM"

4/5

What do you like best about Attio?

Attio is an AI-forward CRM. Their connections and technological features make it much easier for an AI-native/tech-forward thinking company to interlink their systems with the CRM, especially with the rise of AI agents. Their dashboard is clean and refined and although the CRM takes some time to load, I am happy for their quick support times (especially in the chat and the support center) along with the market-rate user costs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

A downside of Attio is that the contacts feature uploads all possible contacts into the system, leading to a multitude of contacts that are not neccessary in a sales-context. To clean this up is a major act of labor. Along with that, the dashboard is quite slower compared to competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Attio provides the API support and technological links that are required for an AI-native company to thrive. Without it, workflows would be ruined as other incumbents don't have the similar support and Attio's workflows and sequences are wellbuilt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerfully Flexible CRM with Great Enrichment—But Pricey, Setup-Heavy, and Light Reporting"

3/5

What do you like best about Attio?

- Flexible data model — instead of being locked into rigid "Contacts/Companies/Deals" objects, you define custom objects, attributes, and relationships. It behaves more like a relational database with a CRM UI on top, so you can model your actual business (e.g., investors, partners, properties) rather than bending it into a sales-only schema.

- Automatic enrichment & email/calendar sync — it builds records automatically from your inbox and calendar, and enriches company/people data (funding, headcount, social, etc.) without manual entry. This is the single biggest day-to-day time saver for most teams.

- Real-time, collaborative, fast UI — spreadsheet-like views with filtering/grouping, plus a snappy interface that feels closer to Notion/Linear than legacy CRMs.

- Powerful API & webhooks — well-documented REST API, making it a good fit when you want to programmatically read/write records or wire it into automations (relevant if you're integrating it into agents or tooling).

- Workflows/automation — built-in automation builder for routing, notifications, and record updates without external tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

- Pricing scales aggressively — the per-seat cost climbs fast, and the genuinely useful features (enrichment credits, automations, more API throughput) sit behind higher tiers. For a small team it's fine; for a larger org it gets expensive relative to the value over a cheaper CRM.

- The flexibility cuts both ways — because it's data-model-first, you have to design your CRM before it's useful. There's no opinionated "just works" sales pipeline out of the box like HubSpot/Pipedrive. Teams that want to start selling on day one find the blank-canvas setup a burden.

- Reporting/dashboards are weak — analytics, forecasting, and reporting are noticeably thinner than mature CRMs. If you need real sales forecasting or rich BI-style dashboards, you'll be exporting to another tool.

- Smaller ecosystem — fewer native integrations and a smaller marketplace than Salesforce/HubSpot. You lean on the API and Zapier-style glue more often, which means more engineering effort.

- API rough edges — it's good and modern, but rate limits are tight on lower tiers, some objects/attributes are awkward to write through the API, and pagination/bulk operations can be fiddly for large syncs. Relevant if you're driving it from an agent.

- Still maturing — it's a younger product, so you hit occasional gaps (permissions granularity, mobile experience, edge-case automation logic) that the incumbents solved years ago. Roadmap-dependent.

- No real offline/strong audit story — governance, audit logs, and fine-grained role-based access are lighter than enterprise buyers expect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Relationship data that's scattered and goes stale. In my experience, contact and customer info normally lives across inboxes, spreadsheets, Slack, and people's heads. I like that Attio auto-builds and enriches records from email and calendar, so I'm not hand-typing data and the picture stays current.

2. CRMs that don't fit the business. I find most CRMs force you into a sales-rep schema (Leads → Deals → Won). When I'm tracking things that aren't a sales funnel — investors, partners, design partners, waitlist users — I value that Attio's custom data model lets me represent reality instead of fighting the tool.

3. Repetitive follow-up. I lean on its workflows to automate routing, reminders, and status changes so things don't slip.

4. Data trapped behind a UI. What I appreciate most is the REST API and webhooks — they turn the CRM into a programmable store I can read and write from other systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined CRM with Innovative AI Features"

5/5

What do you like best about Attio?

I like the simplicity of Attio's design and its minimalist approach. The constant innovation by the team is great, and the new Ask Attio AI tool is amazing. It's super helpful to have their AI tool quickly update records and provide overviews before meetings. Connecting Claude to our records for direct queries, and performing tasks by simply telling Attio what I want done efficiently speeds up our workflow. The initial setup was super simple and quick, and importing data took no time at all, which makes onboarding easy. Lastly, it was initially cheaper than Pipedrive, which is a bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

The overall lack of direct integration (although it's getting better) I'd rather not use Zapier, and Make - I want direct integrations. Stripe (or Stripe Sigma) would be a big one. Wayfront is another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Attio streamlines our sales funnel and client management. The AI tool quickly updates records and provides overviews for meetings, speeding up data entry. I just instruct Attio, and it efficiently handles the tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Flexible CRM That Stays Out of Your Way"

4/5

What do you like best about Attio?

It doesn’t feel like you’re “working in a system” the whole time. Instead, it feels like you’re simply keeping track of relationships and momentum in a way that actually matches how people sell.

It’s fast and flexible, and it doesn’t force you into rigid pipelines or fields that don’t make sense for the way you work. You can shape it around your process, rather than having to change your process to fit the tool.

And maybe the biggest thing is that it feels alive. Your data isn’t just sitting there—it updates, connects, and reflects what’s really happening in your deals and relationships, without you constantly fighting the system.

It’s one of those tools that quietly gets out of your way, which is rare for CRMs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

The least helpful part of Attio is that it can feel a bit too flexible at the start.

Because it doesn’t force you into a rigid structure like traditional CRMs, you can end up spending a bit of time figuring out how you want it to work before it really clicks. If you’re someone who just wants a “ready-made system out of the box,” that openness can feel like friction at first.

It also doesn’t hold your hand much—so things like setup, defining your own views, or deciding how you want to track relationships are on you rather than being prescribed.

The trade-off is that once you do set it up, it becomes much more aligned with how you actually work—but that initial “blank canvas” phase can feel like the weakest part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Attio is solving a pretty specific problem: most CRMs are built around systems and reporting, not around how modern relationships and deals actually work.

In practice, that mismatch creates a few frustrations that Attio directly addresses:

First, CRMs often feel rigid and outdated. Traditional tools push you into predefined pipelines, fields, and workflows that don’t always match reality. Attio helps by letting you shape the CRM around how you actually sell, not the other way around. The result is less “fighting the system” and more simply getting work done.

Second, data tends to get messy or disconnected. In many CRMs, contact data, company info, and deal activity end up scattered across records, or they go stale quickly. Attio keeps things more fluid and connected, so your account context reflects what’s happening right now—not whatever someone last updated months ago.

Third, CRMs can feel heavy and admin-driven. A lot of tools turn into data-entry systems instead of something that genuinely supports sales. Attio feels lighter and faster, so it’s closer to managing relationships than filling out forms, which makes it more likely you’ll actually use it consistently.

Fourth, it’s hard to adapt as your process evolves. When your GTM motion changes, most CRMs become painful to reconfigure. Attio is flexible enough to evolve with you, so you’re not stuck rebuilding everything or pulling in ops support every time your process shifts.

The benefit, in human terms, is pretty simple: day to day, you spend less time maintaining your CRM and more time actually understanding deals and relationships. It becomes a system that supports your thinking instead of slowing it down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Attio’s Flexibility and Automation Make It Easy to Tailor Workflows"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Attio?

I really like how flexible Attio is. I can create lists and objects for nearly every aspect I need, which makes it easy to tailor everything to my workflow. I also like the automation feature—it’s a great addition. It’s also great how many features I can already use on the free plan, and I’ll definitely upgrade later when I can afford the subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

It takes multiple revisions and rebuilds before I end up with a list and view that are truly optimized for how I need the information. It would be great if it were possible to integrate other channels besides email where I communicate with my clients, such as freelancing platforms like Upworl or Fiverr. However, I understand this may be limited by the platforms themselves and not necessarily by Attio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me keep track of every client relationship and makes sure I never forget any follow-ups. Without a system like this, I’d lose a lot of income. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Attio strikes a great balance between powerful functionality and simplicity, which makes day-to-day CRM work feel seamless rather than cumbersome.Ease of Implementation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

There isn’t much to dislike overall. One area for improvement would be deeper and broader integrations with other tools. While integrations with platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot already exist, expanding and strengthening integrations across a wider ecosystem would make workflows even more seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Attio is solving the problem of overly complex and expensive CRM systems. We were previously using Salesforce, which came with high costs and a steeper learning curve. Attio provides a much more user-friendly and flexible alternative, making it easier for the team to manage relationships, keep data organized, and stay productive without the overhead. As a result, we’ve seen faster adoption, better usability, and a more cost-effective CRM experience overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable, Simple CRM That Keeps Us Coming Back"

5/5

What do you like best about Attio?

It's free to use under a certain point, we are a very small agency of 1 person and a remote worker, all other CRM have been pointless, too complicated, and too expensive... we have used so many others and always come back to Attio Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

Currently the automations which run, there needs to be more control to stop an automation and then make it run in future. We have had to stop using them as it's currently taking all of our credits and we don't know how to get it working again... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?

CRM and client leads, we keep everything in Attio... It gives me peace of mind that we are handling our contacts and clients in a professional way, if anything I want to learn how we can use Attio better, but currently have such little time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Attio’s Effective AI Agent for a New Hire"

4/5

What do you like best about Attio?

It’s the AI Agent and its ability to navigate across different data sources, such as emails (not only mine, but from multiple users in the workspace). It also does a good job of gathering extra information when needed. Sometimes Attio even creates the record for you. For example, when you enter a new company, it will research it, connect it to the domain, and provide a description. I've also used it with the Claude integration and that honestly makes the operations much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

The AI sometimes has limitation which I think are unnecessary like not being able to create a note. Another thing, it could be more about competition and stuff I'm guessing but It would be nice if y'all head a connection with Apollo or had some way to enrich the data of contacts put it. I think that would improve the overall performance and quality of the CRM content and personalization Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was hired recently as a marketing data analyst, and one of my many responsibilities is improving connections and outreach, identifying potential deals, and acting on current ones. One way Attio has supported me in being more productive is by giving me a quick way to reference all of that through their AI Agent. Attio also keeps everything neatly organized, and the UI lets you switch views so you can experiment with different filters and columns on your own without messing up anyone else’s setup Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Top-notch UI/UX and flexible data model, with AI that boosts the CRM"

4/5

What do you like best about Attio?

The flexibility of the data model and the UI/UX are really high quality, allowing for excellent usability for sales. On the integration side, progress is fast: we are gradually obtaining the desired tools.

And not to forget the biggest feature, the AI, which enhances the use of the CRM and data exploitation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

This is not at all marketing-oriented, and the Workflows operate with a credit system, which forces us to use external tools like n8n. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?

The handling and adoption of the tool by the Sales teams, as well as the simplicity of implementing the CRM, have had a direct impact on daily execution and have strengthened the team's productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Awesome Ask Attio, Strong Integrations, and a Modern, Easy-to-Use CRM"

4/5

What do you like best about Attio?

The ask attio feature is awesome. It is like having chat GPT in your CRM. Pricing doesnt break the bank. Support and onboarding for smaller teams is a bit unlikely, they did not help set up anything and only gave us the attio 101 course. Integrations are strong, we use clay and aircall as our dashboard. UX is easy to navigate and modern touch which I like. Performance is solid as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

When we first started getting going, we didn't do anything on it for three months because we didn't know how to build lists. We didn't know how to set attributes. It's a unique tool where it's not like a typical Salesforce or HubSpot CRM so we really had to get used to changing our business model around that. I didn't think that the client support was great at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a small and lean team and we have lots of meetings. What's nice is to summarize the meeting with the Ask Attio to transcribe all of our calls and keep things centrally logged. That way nothing slips through the cracks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
