Attesto has been a game changer for our process. It catches suspicious applicants in a matter of seconds, where that used to take us far more time trying to do it manually. It's checking for VOIP numbers, mismatched digital footprints, resume inconsistencies that only surface when you dig. The majority of fraudulent applications are now flagged automatically before a we touch them. When a candidate clears the Attesto screen, we trust it. We stop second-guessing every profile and focus on people who are actually who they say they are, and we get to them faster. **What do you dislike about Attesto?** We have been very happy with the Attesto product and any hiccups have been resolved quickly. **What problems is Attesto solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fraudulent applications are a real and growing problem in remote hiring. By allowing us to set clear criteria upfront, it automatically ranks incoming applicants and surfaces the strongest candidates to the top. Instead of manually reviewing hundreds of resumes, we’re now able to focus on a tight, high quality shortlist. In addition, the fraud detection feature has been surprisingly valuable. For one of our recent roles, nearly 60% of applicants were flagged as suspicious or fraudulent, which would have consumed a massive amount of team time if reviewed manually. Lastly, the Attesto team has been outstanding, extremely responsive, genuinely helpful, and very hands on throughout setup and ongoing support. They’ve consistently made time for calls, incorporated feedback quickly, and shown a clear commitment to customer success. It feels like working with a true partner. **What do you dislike about Attesto?** So far, there’s nothing I meaningfully dislike about Attesto. It’s a newer platform, so naturally some areas feel early stage or MVP like, but the pace of improvement is strong and the team is highly engaged. Nothing has been a blocker or a negative experience. **What problems is Attesto solving and how is that benefiting you?** Attesto solves two major challenges for us: 1. Time spent reviewing large volumes of applications. Instead of combing through hundreds of resumes, Attesto automates the initial review and highlights the most qualified candidates, seriously reducing manual screening time. 2. High volumes of fraudulent or fake applications. The built in fraud detection flags suspicious submissions, keeping us from wasting time pursuing candidates who aren’t legitimate, which has happened more than I like to admit. These improvements allow our team to work much more efficiently, focus on the strongest applicants faster, and avoid the operational drag created by fraudulent activity. ### 3. It makes the candidate screening and scoring process much less time consuming. **What do you dislike about Attesto?** The Attesto team is really open to getting feedback as well and making changes on their end and adding new features and upgrading things and really making it the best product.
