The only thing I dislike is when I have found limitations in trying to figure out unique requests I have had over different projects - e.g. a maximum amount of screening questions, the need to make at least 1 question mandatory, or inability to see translated questions for different markets in the back-end. The Attest product is fantastic. The combination of fast results and automated/AI analytics is, in my opinion, the best. They also consistently take feedback to improve the product. I also love how they launch in Beta, test it, fix problems, then launch.

I love Attest's AI-powered theme summarization for open-ended survey responses. It drastically cuts our manual review time, allowing us to quickly pinpoint priorities and adjust our deployment plans. Attest lacks seamless native integration with our project management platform at Summit Tech Collective. We have to manually export survey insights and paste findings into our project tickets. Since our team is lean without a dedicated IT subgroup, these manual steps eat into our tight deployment timelines, making us spend extra time reformatting data for stakeholder deliverables. I really like Attest's fast concept testing dashboard with built-in audience targeting, which lets us gather validated consumer feedback quickly. Attest’s main limitation for our animation studio is its strict media file size limits for animated clips. When testing rough motion-graphics drafts, we must compress videos heavily before uploading, which softens visual details. It also lacks native integration with our creative review tool, so we manually copy research insights over. Since we have no dedicated IT, we cannot build custom automations. Attest helps me get survey results quickly and answer niche questions with a lot of independence. When a business question comes up, I can usually set up a survey and have results within a day. The platform is easy to use: I can pull commonly used questions from my library, or ask the AI to help me build the survey and refine it. There isn’t really anything I dislike about Attest. If I had to mention one thing, it’s that because they actively push updates to the platform and add new capabilities, things can occasionally feel a bit more “in testing.” I sometimes run into minor technical difficulties, but they’re not serious enough to be a major issue, and I can usually find a workaround. I don't think there's necessarily nothing that doesn't work well with Attest. I just think there's certain variables or preferences I might have from a product standpoint for it to be more customizable for me. Like, I mentioned a small example about spell check in the boards or the ability to have other custom income groups so I can do a percentage based on five income brackets. Attest is at the forefront of advanced market research. Their customer onboarding experience is a breeze, and they’re constantly innovating and finding ways to make deep research accessible for marketers with little research experience. The platform leverages the latest methodology and AI to help redefine how marketers interpret data. For research that used to take weeks to compile, and costly in-person focus groups, now can be done in a fraction of the cost and also as quickly as 24 hours. Attest has a robust list of filters. One improvement we’d like to see is more granular data segmentation for location. Right now, results are segmented by DMA, but we’d love the option to drill down further to the city level.

The wave-over-wave feature is also really neat. However, being able to provide YoY insights outside of the waved studies would help us track YoY trends more consistently. I can't think of anything major, but maybe helping with consistency of language. I realized in the first few surveys, we were using words like 'understand' and 'believe' interchangeably and they are not the same. Maybe AI could catch when there are discrepancies in use of language from survey to survey. Or perhaps it learns the tone of the brand so that there is consistency there.
