The only thing I dislike is when I have found limitations in trying to figure out unique requests I have had over different projects - e.g. a maximum amount of screening questions, the need to make at least 1 question mandatory, or inability to see translated questions for different markets in the back-end. I don't think there's necessarily nothing that doesn't work well with Attest. I just think there's certain variables or preferences I might have from a product standpoint for it to be more customizable for me. Like, I mentioned a small example about spell check in the boards or the ability to have other custom income groups so I can do a percentage based on five income brackets. Their customer onboarding experience is a breeze, and they’re constantly innovating and finding ways to make deep research accessible for marketers with little research experience. The platform leverages the latest methodology and AI to help redefine how marketers interpret data. For research that used to take weeks to compile, and costly in-person focus groups, now can be done in a fraction of the cost and also as quickly as 24 hours. Attest has a robust list of filters. One improvement we’d like to see is more granular data segmentation for location. Right now, results are segmented by DMA, but we’d love the option to drill down further to the city level.

The wave-over-wave feature is also really neat. However, being able to provide YoY insights outside of the waved studies would help us track YoY trends more consistently. I can't think of anything major, but maybe helping with consistency of language. I realized in the first few surveys, we were using words like 'understand' and 'believe' interchangeably and they are not the same. Maybe AI could catch when there are discrepancies in use of language from survey to survey. Or perhaps it learns the tone of the brand so that there is consistency there.
