ATS Engine Reviews & Product Details

ATS Engine is recruitment software for UK agencies placing candidates into regulated sectors, and for the job seekers they place. For agencies: one desk for candidates, clients and roles. Every match carries a criterion-by-criterion score you can see the reasoning behind, so a shortlist can be defended rather than asserted. Duplicate submissions are caught before two agencies send the same person. Compliance documents, expiry dates and per-client requirements are tracked across healthcare and social care, education, early years, construction, energy and offshore, driving and logistics, financial services, and security-cleared work. For job seekers: score yourself against a real job posting, see exactly where you lose points, and generate a tailored CV written only from experience already in your own — every claim traced back to the line it came from. Free to start. No card required.
