I don't believe they currently integrate with a document collection platform, though I am looking into this. They do make steady improvements, and it has really improved over the 11 years our firm has used it. **What problems is ATOM Tax Office Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Document management, workflow, CRM, E-sign, client portal, PM. We know the status of each tax return at any point in time. ### 2. There have been many improvements since we started using this a few years ago. Our main attraction to ATOM is the fact that it communicates directly with Drake tax software in real time. **What do you dislike about ATOM Tax Office Manager?** The interface is not the most user-friendly option out there, billing and A/R reports could be more easily generated, and the email function does not accept attachments. (There are legitimate reasons for this but it is still a little awkward.) I hear major updates are coming this summer, so I am excited! **What problems is ATOM Tax Office Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking client return status as well as communications/ interactions all in one account.
