The chat worked. That's all we needed for as long as it lasted.

Atlassian stopped the product, so we had to switch over.

We went away from Yahoo IM, since it stopped working, so we needed something else. Atlassian was brought up, so we tried that.

Very customisable, allows multiple teams to communicate on the same projects as well as providing abilities to create knowledge bases and external facing documents.

Nothing, it's a great peice of software I have yet to find anything I have a problem with.

We have a global team with lots of people logging in at different times. We therefore need a way for everyone to work on the same project around the clock. Specifically in product management. 
The benefits are better eficinecies and lots of product features launched.

I like the kanban view, which allows you to see all current tickets and which status they are currently in. It's very simple to learn for new starters which is exactly what we need as a business.

**What do you dislike about Atlassian Advisory Services?**

Sometimes pages, and in particular tickets, take a while to load, which is obviously a waste of time, especially for product managers who practically live on this system.

**Recommendations to others considering Atlassian Advisory Services:**

I've not used many similar products, but my experience of this one is almost flawless.

**What problems is Atlassian Advisory Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All of our departments can view and create tickets in harmony, and know what is happening at any one time. Support can create tickets, product can manage them, and engineering can work on them.

**What do you like best about Atlassian Advisory Services?**

I really enjoy how several people can edit different document and access whatever they have access too. I also enjoy that several people can access all documents that they have been granted access to. Another thing that is useful from Atlassian is the possibility to have notifications to alert you when people make edits or add things to the document. It is also helpful that they separate "your work," "spaces," and "people" for easy access to different features of the website.

**What do you dislike about Atlassian Advisory Services?**

It is difficult to search for a specific document once you are already on the website. Another thing that sometimes is difficult is to have the specific link to get into the specific part of Atlassian you need to use. A recommendation is to bookmark the website, so if you use it often, you can easily access the website when needed. On the Activity Feed, it shows everything, which might not be helpful for people who might not need to know what other people are doing.

When looking for a specific document, use the search feature to look for things faster. Once you write a key word, it will show all the documents that include that word.

**What problems is Atlassian Advisory Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Atlassian has solve the necessity to constantly be asking other people questions about tasks, accounts, passwords for different things. The benefit is that you save time asking other people questions. The website has an Activity Feed that allows people to see what others have been working on. This is helpful for supervisor who want to make sure other people are working on what they are supposed to work.

**What do you like best about Atlassian Advisory Services?**

It’s easy to use and advisors can review the business over online. They provide a lot of support in helping reduce risk and identifying weaknesses. The management is very useful and I recommended it to my friends firms.

**What do you dislike about Atlassian Advisory Services?**

I don’t like that it’s so expensive. It’s over the cost of hiring a full time employee, which maybe more beneficial to just hire someone. Other cons would be that they don’t respond very well to extra support that we need. It could take a while for them to respond to questions that is urgent.

**Recommendations to others considering Atlassian Advisory Services:**

It’s quite easy to use but can be difficult for those are tech illiterate. I suggest reading through the product pages and asking any questions to the technical account manager first.

Helps operations run more efficiently and find risks that we didn’t think we had. It brought a lot of things to our attention so we have realized many benefits. I’m happy with the technical account manager and the support they have provided to my team.

**What do you like best about Atlassian Advisory Services?**

The things I like most about Atlassian TAM is pretty much everything. First, it's clean and very user-friendly. I personally appreciate all of the different gadgets and customizability that you have with the dashboard. It's a great place for confluence. Our team has been using it for the past five years and everyone loves it.

**What do you dislike about Atlassian Advisory Services?**

The main and really the only bad thing that I can say that I personally dislike is the new UI changes. It looks better and more modern. However, there are some key abilities and/or functionality that are missing with the new layout it. I find myself frequently switching to the old view where key components are not missing.

**Recommendations to others considering Atlassian Advisory Services:**

Don't think, just do. You won't be disappointed and you'll keep coming back for more and more.

The problems we are solving with Atlassian TAM is continuity between and within teams. The benefits that I've realized are insurmountable. It really helps with tickets, epics, tasks, project management, collaboration, and time tracking.

**What do you like best about Atlassian Advisory Services?**

As someone who communicates with a large team, I love the ability to assign specific tasks to individuals. This allows for a nice flow of communication when multiple people are working together to fix something. 

I also like that you can mark tasks as high priority or low priority. It takes the stress out of having to ask back and forth when things should be done by. 

**What do you dislike about Atlassian Advisory Services?**

It took a bit of time to learn how to navigate the Atlassian dashboard. The way to use many of the features is not very intuitive. For example, I might want to find a colleague's tasks, and I'll end up clicking through different views for some time before I'm able to figure it out. 
I also have issues with attaching files or images to the issues that I am creating in the system - I wish it was possible also to just copy and paste pictures into this. 

When I am working on one project and begin to create an issue, sometimes the default Project listed in the "create issue" screen is not for the project that I currently have open. This has resulted in me sending tickets to the wrong projects on a number of occasions because I had assumed it would default to the project that I already had a board open on.

Make sure you explore all of the different features within the system. It took me a while to realize some of the good stuff that they have!

We use TAM to communicate with our technology partners. We use this to report issues we are having with our database. We also use this to share reporting needs that our organization has. I've found that Atlassian is very beneficial in tracking technological issues, especially when they are intricate. We can take notes under the tickets to keep track of when we expect results to be present.

Atlassian is a tool which provides tracking for for multiple projects with any team members. We are able to track the progress of the projects and set product releases and deadlines accordingly. Due to multi user access, the client can access or track the progress of the projects from any corner of the world. This project management tool helps to grow Transparency between all team members and the client so that everybody the exact progress of the work.

**What do you dislike about Atlassian Advisory Services?**

There are no major dislikes, however there is always the scope of improvements. Also many common errors and the estimation capability could be improved. Also the Reporting and Measurements features could be enhanced.

Yes, I would advice the customers to try this management tool for themselves as it has got much to offer.

Atlassian helps in keeping a complete time track of work, The burn/down chart feature helps in better planning of estimate v/s actual. We can add detailed description of the projects including the screenshots that is visible to everyone.

It provides us with a platform to discuss bugs, defects, or enhancements for our software product and notifies every user in real-life so we can keep track of the progress.

It is not essential as we could use other platforms or chats that are less sophisticated to achieve the same results.

It is a very useful tool for internal discussion, and can be integrated with Slack, Zendesk, Outlook or other communication tools used with other co-workers.

We use Atlassian to report bugs, defects or propose enhancements to the code of our software and we are able to update the co-workers about the progress when a change is made.

**What do you like best about Atlassian Advisory Services?**

What I like the most about Atlassian is the way in which anyone can document all kinds of business knowledge, from simple things like HowTo or FAQ Article to complex documentation branches of decisions related to the progress of development (by integrating Jira tickets). I have never found a feature that did not fulfill what was promised and more. It also offers thousands of applications that help our team to customize and expand the products that will be pointed out to customers. It was noted that it is the perfect solution for interaction within our development team and also for the interaction between us and the clients.

**What do you dislike about Atlassian Advisory Services?**

It was not always very easy to use. Our organization consists of a variety of ages, so the way in which people have become involved with technology is also varied. There are times when adding spaces or pages has proven to be a challenge for those who do not consider themselves as "technology experts". There was a small learning curve to learn how to use the software, but the customer support team helped us overcome the difficulties. In addition, it offers us a mobile function, it was also not the best depending on how users have different configuration spaces. We have never found a feature that did not fulfill what was promised and more. But those that showed up and sounded interesting in general were.

**Recommendations to others considering Atlassian Advisory Services:**

My company recommends this product because it is amazing, when its list of options consists of requests for functions, knows that the product is used intensively and is looking for "more" or adjusting the way things are done to help us make a better task, in addition to adding functionality that would provide value for the product. This product is a 10 out of 10 if you are using it correctly, together you can add that it is a great tool to work quickly and efficiently within our team, to facilitate the creation of pages with information that can be shared within the company. We now have a better command of these characteristics: activity board, activity follow-up, automatic notifications, file management, document storage and third-party integration.

A platform that hosts content creation, real-time editing, document management, social functions and more. We customize with more than 3,000 applications of Atlassian Marketplace flexible enough to grow with our team and as a highly qualified company through a coherent and logical method of organization, it even offers you native desktop and mobile applications that can be used easily by any member of the company, it also offers us the task management of a project, the tracking of errors and incidents and for the operational management of projects.

**What do you like best about Atlassian Advisory Services?**

Atlassian's enthusiasm to offer items that are exceedingly adaptable either by the highlights present or by purchasing modules/additional items/applications (the 3 unique names for something very similar) open the item to accomplish nearly anything you can imagine of immagine. Their items likewise function admirably with different frameworks like GitHub, Jenkins, Slack and obviously their own one of a kind items. Their client support is simply momentous.

For help desk tickets, you kinda have to keep tweaking to get it work right. Then someone has to actually create one to see if it's done right. There's a lot of trial and error.

Excellent project management tool for resolving bugs and developing new software. Allows our service and project management team to communicate directly with our Dev team on new and improved software solutions.

Better exporting and metrics. Better help tools would also allow new users the opportunity to pick up on how to use the system quicker.
