What do you like best about AT&T U-Verse?

I like the variety of package deals that were offered along with the nice prices some had. AT&T u-verse had a various amout of things and channel to choose from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AT&T U-Verse?

On the flipside AT&T U-verse did have some flaws. The service stayed down way too much and took days for it to be restored. Most of the equipment was outdated and in need of an upgrade. the attitude of the workers they had in customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AT&T U-Verse solving and how is that benefiting you?

What I liked best was their support service. They were able to quickly and easily solve any problems I had that were configuration related, and would send someone out if their troubleshooting didn't work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing I disliked was the price and reliability. They are one of the more expensive options, and you don't get a lot of bang for your buck. The service was also frequently dropping or slowing down on their side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
