I love how AT&T eBonding seamlessly integrates with our systems, making our workflow smoother. Real-time updates keep us in the loop, and the customization options cater perfectly to our needs. It's a reliable game-changer for our daily operations

I find AT&T eBonding a bit challenging with its user interface. It could be more user-friendly, especially for those less tech-savvy. Hoping for some improvements in that area

**What do you like best about AT&T eBonding?**

it helps to minimize manual data entry also automate the trouble reporting process where I can see the Improve in the accuracy of my trouble report.

**What do you dislike about AT&T eBonding?**

Sometimes I feel the user interface is not that suitable for all the users also sometimes which is very rare I find problem issues in the trouble report.

**What problems is AT&T eBonding solving and how is that benefiting you?**

in manual data entry time decreasment and in saving time with the faster transactions rate.

**What do you like best about AT&T eBonding?**

Using this software for less than a year. While using these tools for business transactions the features in this software are very helpful. Meanwhile, customer support is also very easy to access. And also we can easily use this tool with some other tools a good one

**What do you dislike about AT&T eBonding?**

The time consumed for leading the pages is high. This thing should be reduced.

This is highly recommendable for who want to make their business digitalized

**What do you like best about AT&T eBonding?**

This is mainly for carrier ebonding with AT&T systems. We are planning to use this app to raise tickets in AT&T system when there is issues with carrier internet services.

**What do you dislike about AT&T eBonding?**

UI changes to Incident Management makes things more hard for our delivery engineers to manage and also UI  is not intuitive

**What problems is AT&T eBonding solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is mainly for carrier ebonding with AT&T systems. We are planning to use this app to raise tickets in AT&T system when there is issues with carrier internet services.

**What do you like best about AT&T eBonding?**

The application is scoped and has been working for over 1.5 years in production.  We love the fact that is was easy to install and setup.

**What do you dislike about AT&T eBonding?**

now that we are using the app for more than a year we seems to be getting cross scope errors since implementing ATF, the errors are not causing any issues but just reported on all AFT runs.

keeping incidents and requests insync with att.

The ease of use. This software performed most functions that we were doing manually

**What do you dislike about AT&T eBonding?**

The LOA/Legality process, it was muddy but we were able to finally get through the process.

Manual mobile management for over 1000 devices across 20+ properties

it took a bit to set up, and need to escalate make sure it did not affect speed
