Only in the Podcastle tab does my mouse cursor slow and freeze up. I can't download video, I get an error with no indication of what the error is. Forget downloading 4K, it's either 1080P or below, 4K simply doesn't do anything - not even an error for this one. In post-production, the editing is great when it works, but I find it just slowing down in the middle of a session. A Podcastle support rep told me that this lag issue was due to a low internet speed (mine) of <1MBPS, while I ran a speed test achieving >800MBPS speed with both Speed Test and Google. So I truly believe these issues to be on the hosting service for Podcastle. I was so excited when I found out about their crazy features, that I made this quick video teasing out everything it can do. I love that it’s an all-in-on editing and recording studio that allows you to edit a podcast in less than 10 minutes and enhance audio with one button. A great tool for independent creators and educators who don’t have a big budget nor a lot of time. And that crazy feature I mentioned earlier is called Revoice - it can turn any text into audio. Which means you can take an article, wikipedia page or book page…and turn it into a natural sounding audio file. If you’re on the go, you can even record and edit from their recently released mobile app. Last but not least, Podcastle recently announced their video recording feature (up to 4K quality). We can officially call it an all-in-one recording tool with video content you can repurpose on many platforms, including YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok and more. :) **What do you dislike about Async Creator?** I'm still getting used to the editing feature (if manual edits are needed). I can record and edit without having to outsource any parts of it. These changes can be a little dramatic leaving you disoriented for a moment. I love that the software transcribes the audio and can assess how many speakers are speaking and break the transcript up by speaker and time stamps. **What do you dislike about Async Creator?** I don't have any complaints! The features just keep getting better and better. **What problems is Async Creator solving and how is that benefiting you?** They're getting rid of the need for softwares like Adobe audition, GarageBand and Logic. It allows you to keep things web based which also you keep space on your computer or workstation for other things rather than heavy lift software. ### 34.
