It has been easy for guests and my cohosts to gather to record. Something we needed when we were using other podcast recording platforms. I use Podcastle to record every time I need to record with other people. I also want to utilize it when I record my solo episodes because the audio quality is fantastic. I don't do video podcasts so I can't speak for that. One of the cool features of Podcastle is the text to speech generator. I haven't utilized that tool, but I can see that being very helpful for transcripting. Another great feature is how they organize the individual recordings which makes implementation easier when I go to export each episode. I haven't had to use customer support, but they have communicated any changes they make quickly. I would say price, but it's one of the more affordable podcasting platforms available. If I had a complaint, it's not having an easily accessible chat whilst recording. If their complexity makes them harder to learn and makes your recording and editing process take longer then they are NOT free.
