Async Creator Reviews & Product Details

I had never done any type of recording or audio editing and Podcastle made it so easy for me to do these things! The final product turned out great even with no previous experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't found anything to dislike about Podcastle yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Magic Dust AI, Noise Reduction, Auto Leveling, and Silence Removal are the best features have liked for the audio output. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If they have added a custom domain and a website for their users, it will be helpful like other competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love it all- easy to record & produce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Discovering how to use multiple recordings Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy and seamless it is. I record with all the tools I need right there and then a few clicks and I can do so many diff things with my audio from that point. From send it straight to a client as a mini training to upload it immediately as a professional podcast episode. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing really! If I could pick one thing it would be that I wish we got a little transcription with the free version. I don't always need the paid and it would be nice if we got even :30 of transcription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy everything is to use. I've tried 3 other recording softwares and they are so overly complicated, glitchy, and unreliable. The editing tools are also so easy to use and being able to go from audio only, to video and audio is so awesome as a feature! I use it weekly and it's been a game changer for me and my podcast. It was simple for me to start using and I also love how I can import pre-recorded my intro while I'm editing, which makes my life so much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It often asks to refresh while editing, but thankfully everything is always saved so it's not that big a deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used tools like Audacity and Reaper in the past. They are sophisticated general audio tools that are great for musicians and professional audio engineers. They are overkill for a podcaster. Podcastle provides EXACTLY the tools that a podcaster needs. It is super simple and efficient. Especially perfect for a beginning podcaster.

"But those other tools are free" people say. If their complexity makes them harder to learn and makes your recording and editing process take longer then they are NOT free. My time is too valuable to waste on the learning curve and the inefficient process of using those do-everything-for-everybody products. I also don't drive a semi truck to pick up groceries. Sure, it would work, but it is overkill for the job at hand.

Podcastle makes recording and editing so fast. Record, snip here and there, apply the "Magic Dust" to polish the clip, and move on. Drag and drop clips to line up with the music tracks for your Intro and Outro, a couple of mouse clicks to add fades. Boom. Done.

If you are a brand-new podcaster and new to audio recording and editing, you'll get to the important work of making content faster with Podcastle. The user interface is clean and easy to understand because it isn't trying to be everything to everyone - it is focused on being a tool for podcasters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Podcastle has room for improvement. It needs a better way to organize recordings, like folders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am a brand new Podcaster and the platform was extremely user-friendly, intuitive, and easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to be able to create a custom RSS so that I could track my Podcasts growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Podcastle is incredibly user friendly- I love that I can record from my phone and edit on my computer-- it means I can record when ideas hit! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm currently using the free version and have been able to store a fair amount of Audio, but a bit more storage would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many features they offer with their paid subscription. The music and Fx are really good. They help complete your idea and give your podcast character. The editing is very easy as well. The best part to me is that they will publish your show on all of the major podcast platforms so you don't have to take time and have a million sign-ins for you to get your show out there. If I had to put something down that I didn't like is that there isn't a free trial so you can use all of the features. The basic package does not come with the music or the FX or the publishing so you have to pay a subscription to just test it out, but you are able to get out of the subscription at any time so there really isn't a down side. It does glitch sometimes. Sometimes the audio quality recorded is not the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
