
My favorite thing about ASTRNT is that it makes hiring smarter and fairer rather than relying on resumes. This is because it is focused on skills and tests, which can help a company find the right people for a job. I also appreciate how it uses AI and video interviews to make the hiring process much simpler. I think it is a fresh approach to making hiring better for people. However, one thing I don’t like about Astronaut is that it might feel a little strange at times, especially if you are accustomed to the conventional hiring process. The AI and tests might also feel a little impersonal at times. At times, it might take a while for users to get accustomed to a tool of this kind, which might be a drawback. It might also be improved by adding a level of transparency regarding how a candidate is being evaluated. It’s a great idea, and it has a lot of room for improvement in terms of user-friendliness.
