During first time implementation assetcues team will assist end to end and complete the tagging process with very low cost and we can not find this service with other service providers in the market. 2. Assetcues has very strong team, they provide solutions or alternatives to resolve the problems quickly. 3. Agent tracking is another feature which helps our IT team to track the unauthoirsed softwares and also can get complete hardware details for all assets. **What do you dislike about AssetCues?** There is one limitation in the old version where in some customizations are not possible which is specific for our company. but it does not affect the overall usage of the product. **What problems is AssetCues solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1.
