During first time implementation, the Assetcues team will assist end-to-end and complete the tagging process at a very low cost, a service not found with other providers in the market. 2. Assetcues has a very strong team; they provide solutions or alternatives to resolve problems quickly. 3. Agent tracking is another feature that helps our IT team track unauthorized software and obtain complete hardware details for all assets. **What do you dislike about AssetCues?** There is one limitation in the old version where some customizations are not possible, which is specific to our company. But when we started to use same this portal offers a streamlined and efficient interface for managing IT assets. Its modular dashboard-covering tagging, auditing, allocation, transfer and retirement -facilitate end to end asset lifecycle management.The platform's intuitive design, robust filtering options and ease of data entry significantly enhance operational transparency and control. The application comes with great features like Employee allocation, Asset Discovery tool. We were able to get complete control over the assets which are with our employees.
