Asset thumbnails help preview without having to download.

Sharing with internal and external stakeholders is super easy and I can access our files from any computer.

The reporting function could be so much better. I find this function quite limited in terms of filter criteria for reports. I think the search engine on the help and resource centre could be improved. Sometimes I have to scroll through quite a few articles to find what I am looking for. What problems is Asset Bank solving and how is that benefiting you?

Years before the Cloud solutions emerged, we stored all marketing assets in the Assetbank, making convenient access and sharing to the rest of our company and third parties with the necessary access rights and permissions. Thanks to the workflows, the system is integrated into the lifecycle of the asset's production and distribution. Recently Asset bank was integrated with our PIM, and thanks to the embedded Asset Transformation tool, we automated and speed-up the website content entry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their customer service. I've had a few instances where I've needed to contact them to question potential bugs in the system. Not only have they recognized these bugs, they've fixed them within days on each occasion, which is very impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
