Overall, it's been a great platform for managing influencer and ambassador programs, and it meets the majority of our needs. If I had to point to one area for improvement, it would be that the platform can occasionally be a bit glitchy or experience minor performance issues. What problems is Aspire solving and how is that benefiting you? Aspire solves one of the biggest challenges in influencer marketing: keeping everything organized and managed in a single place. Instead of relying on multiple tools and spreadsheets, we can run nearly our entire influencer marketing program within the platform. From campaign creation and creator applications to communication, content management, and reporting, everything is centralized. One feature I particularly value is the inbox, which allows multiple team members to access and manage creator communications, making collaboration much more efficient. I also appreciate that creators don't need to create complex profiles to engage with campaigns, as much of the communication can be managed directly through email. The platform also saves us a significant amount of time when it comes to content management and reporting. It's incredibly easy to collect creator content, track campaign performance, and pull metrics into reports. Having reporting readily available helps us quickly measure the impact of our influencer programs, demonstrate results to stakeholders, and make more informed decisions about future campaigns. Previously, our creators went through 3-4 steps when manually selecting products from our website, then the back-and-forth emails before completing their order. Aspire has made it possible to do what we've been trying to do for years --which is to build out an influencer program at scale. This platform is amazing for recruiting creators, but in addition to that, Aspire's automated workflows, templates, customizable briefs, and step by step customer support has made this process so much easier than I could have imagined. Onboarding and implementation were easy and quick with great support.
