**What do you like best about Ascent AUTOBCM?**

I am a systems administrator and I use AutoBCM to manage continuity plans and respond to incidents. I find it very useful due to its clear interface and task automation. The reports are easy to generate and are very helpful in audits.

**What do you dislike about Ascent AUTOBCM?**

Sometimes the platform runs a bit slow during peak hours.

**What problems is Ascent AUTOBCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized planning and documentation, incident management, risk assessment... It benefits me in all the aforementioned areas.

The number of users which have access to the system is inadequate, also quite laborious to personalize
