⭐ What I like most about ONLYOFFICE DocSpace
I really appreciate how ONLYOFFICE DocSpace structures collaboration around “Spaces.” It makes permission management, file organization, and teamwork feel very clear, controlled, and easy to follow. Rather than mixing internal and external collaborators in one shared environment, each Space works like an independent workspace with its own rules and boundaries, which helps keep everything organized and reduces confusion. This structure also aligns with the G2 guideline to “focus on the features that bring the most value”.

What I like least about ONLYOFFICE DocSpace is that some parts of the interface still feel less polished compared to more mature collaboration platforms.
