## About Artopia
Artopia is art collection management software built for collectors, galleries, and art advisors who need a single, organized system for their collection. Whether you're managing a handful of meaningful acquisitions or a large inventory of works, Artopia brings everything together in one place. Catalog artworks with images, provenance records, valuations, certificates, and invoices, all attached to each piece. Provenance tracking and document storage ensure collection integrity and full historical records, making it easy to trace the ownership and exhibition history of every work. Each artwork entry supports detailed metadata including artist information, dimensions, medium, creation date, series, tags, and exhibition history. Artopia operates on a no lock-in principle: your data stays yours, exportable at any time in CSV and ZIP formats. Bulk import makes it easy to add multiple artworks quickly, removing the friction of building a catalog from scratch. Mobile optimization means your collection is accessible from any device, whether you're at home, at a fair, or visiting a gallery. Sharing settings offer full flexibility. Keep your collection entirely private, or share individual artworks and curated selections via personal links, giving collectors control over what they show and to whom. The public collection feature lets collectors showcase selected works with a custom URL, making it easy to share with advisors, insurers, or guests. Designed with simplicity in mind, Artopia removes the complexity typically associated with collection management tools. The interface is clean and intuitive, built to serve both first-time collectors and experienced advisors managing multiple collections. Whether you're a private collector or managing inventory for a gallery, Artopia serves as your centralized system for tracking collection value, artwork history, and documentation.

## Artopia Reviews
 ### 1. Clean and Easy to Use, but May Feel Too Basic

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Artopia?**

Artopia is one of those apps that just makes sense the second you start using it. The layout is clean, modern, and really intuitive, so you’re not stuck figuring things out forever. I love how easy it is to catalog artwork and keep everything organized in one place.

It feels like it was actually designed with artists and collectors in mind instead of being overly complicated. If you’re tired of messy systems or spreadsheets, this is such a nice upgrade.

**What do you dislike about Artopia?**

Artopia has a really clean and modern interface, and it’s great for organizing artwork in a simple way. It’s easy to get started and doesn’t feel overwhelming like some other tools.

That said, depending on what you need, it might feel a little basic feature-wise. But if you’re looking for something straightforward and user-friendly, it does the job really well.

**What problems is Artopia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Artopia, I was trying to keep track of everything in a bunch of different places, and it just felt messy and hard to stay on top of. I’d lose track of details, forget to update things, and it made the whole process more stressful than it needed to be.

Artopia puts everything in one place, which makes it way easier to stay organized and actually keep things up to date. It’s saved me a lot of time and just made managing everything feel a lot more simple and less overwhelming. I feel a lot more on top of things now, and it’s easier to keep everything looking clean and professional.

 ### 2. Great new product art collection management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Artopia?**

I've researched many similar products in the Art management space and most are convoluted, overly artistic, or of a bygone era. Artopia has a pleasant and simple interface with a logical set of core features geared specifically towards collectors.

**What do you dislike about Artopia?**

It's quite a young company, so investing my time and data onto the platform comes with a risk, but from my time talking with customer support they seems driven and motivated to make this a great platform long term.

**What problems is Artopia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm a collector of art and each art piece has accompanying documentation and history. Artopia helps manage and visualize this. It also provides a simple way to share my collection in an aesthetically pleasing way.
