Otherwise, no, we don't see any disadvantages in using Arthur. From my experience, Arthur has outstanding environment designs and elaborated process of closing the loop post-event, in order to collect & act on feedback. Some of the spaces we work on are designed to prompt more professional, close to being-in the- office experience to support Hybrid WoWs, which has proven to be working quite well. The many collaboration features (whiteboarding, pinboards, 3D tool tables, ability to incorporate animations, slides, and much more), as well as the carefully crafted template environments have allowed us to host a variety of successful corporate meetings in VR. The basic Arthur functionalities can be picked up by a novice VR user within 30 minutes, and joining Arthur rooms does not require an account set-up, making it a tool that is easily scalable. Arthur rooms can be swiftly customised for the purpose of the session by non-technical users, with the help of Arthur's library of 3D models and the Arthur online portal, that makes the upload of slides, pictures, PDFs and other documents a breeze. Arthur also offers a lot of documentation for all its functionalities and their customer success team is always on-hand to help with specific questions. Overall, Arthur is a great remote collaboration tool that enables teams to get together, connect and focus in distraction-free, purpose-build spaces. **What do you dislike about Arthur?** Nothing major comes to mind - Arthur are constantly looking for ways to improve their product, incorporating feedback from their business users and addressing the most pressing needs. They recently introduced more admin controls, allowing session hosts to have better control over attendees, which has made managing sessions a lot easier. **What problems is Arthur solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have connected internal teams, as well as brought clients together to ideate. This was beneficial particularly during the pandemic, but we are still continuing to hold sessions for remote teams that would otherwise have to travel to meet frequently, posing a logistical challenge and negatively impacting the environment. All our feedback indicates that attendees prefer Arthur over video calls as it fully immerses the user in the session, allows them to have multiple conversations at the same time and makes them feel more present and connected.
