Art2App Reviews & Product Details

Art2App is a cloud-based collection management platform for private collectors, artists and small galleries. It keeps every piece of a collection together with everything around it: high-resolution images, identification and provenance, condition reports, valuations tracked over time, and attached documents such as invoices, certificates of authenticity, appraisal letters, videos and online links. Beyond cataloging, Art2App records purchases and sales, financial history, the contacts behind each piece (dealers, restorers, auction houses, clients) and a calendar of auctions, fairs and deadlines. Any collection type is supported — fine art, antiquities, natural history, memorabilia, autographs, books, comics, coins and mixed collections — with customizable fields for niche categories. Collectors generate polished catalogues for insurance, estate planning or private sale, import from and export to Excel at any time, and reach everything from web, iOS or Android. A free plan covers up to 50 items; paid plans add unlimited items, document attachments, digital archives, inventory and catalogue generation. 30-day free trial on paid plans, no credit card required.
