The product was new and no one in our company had knowledge about it. They initially implemented version 5.3.2. **What do you like best about Arraya Solutions, Inc.?** They gave almost one week of hands-on training and the setup was completed very successfully. It was very nice to work with Arraya Solutions. They explained every step. **What do you dislike about Arraya Solutions, Inc.?** None at the time. I did not find any negative points. **Recommendations to others considering Arraya Solutions, Inc.:** They have resources in many areas. **What problems is Arraya Solutions, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were trying to implement enterprise backup solutions and they came up with the solutions.
