What do you dislike about Arkestro?

Bid Ops was not a perfect fit at first with the way we do things, and it took some getting used to from our suppliers. However, the team at Bid Ops is super responsive to our needs and has been highly supportive to our suppliers. It didn't take long for them to make the necessary adjustments to fit our needs.
