I'm a team of one and the software ease my reporting and tracking efforts. **What do you dislike about ARchitect?** Sometimes the content tracker tracks content where my company s not mentioned and needs to ask support to fix it. But they are very responsive. It would be great to see more reporting templates created by pratictioners' best practices. **What problems is ARchitect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Personalised mass email to analysts helps me immensely and also project management is straightforward on the platform. I'm definitely more productive and abreast of all of my projects. ### 2. It provides the structure and data we need and is easily customized to support our unique requirements. And their customer service is second to none! **What do you dislike about ARchitect?** I really can't think of any downsides. Whenever I have a unique need that isn't supported, their customer service team jumps in to help. **What problems is ARchitect solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use ARchitect to manage future and past interactions, which keeps us on track and makes reporting easy. We also use it to develop and manage our analyst lists, which helps us ensure we are working with the right influencers. Their email tool is also helpful and provides a way to create, manage and measure email programs. We also subscribe to the ARInsights Service Plus program, which augments our staff for back office ARchichect management and reporting needs. ### 3. I can schedule an interaction and within it, look at all past history with that analyst and anything they have published recently. **What do you dislike about ARchitect?** The interface can be a little wonky at times, but I've heard that they are upgrading it soon. **What problems is ARchitect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Architect is helping us keep everything organized.
