**What do you like best about Arcogent, Inc.?**

The most impressive part of their BI offering is the ease of use and the highly customizable and configurable features which make them well suited for use by businesses of all sizes across all industries and sectors. The representatives are friendly and knowledgeable , and were extremely patient with me when I asked lots of questions.

**What do you dislike about Arcogent, Inc.?**

My overall experience with Arcogent has been excellent so far. I don't have any major complaints that I would like to bring to their attention. They seem to be very responsive to my requests and have answered all of my questions in a timely manner.

Their services are very professional and they are very keen to first understand your needs and objectives before providing the right solution for you. I would definitely recommend them to others who are looking for quality Business intelligence solutions.
