**What do you like best about APSentra?**

What I like most is how APSentra balances usability and functionality. It provides the control procurement teams need, but it’s still simple enough for occasional users. People can submit requests quickly, attach necessary details, and follow approval progress without confusion. This helped us standardize procurement without creating friction for business teams.

**What do you dislike about APSentra?**

The system requires discipline, but this is more of an advantage than a drawback.

**What problems is APSentra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before APSentra, our procurement process relied heavily on emails and spreadsheets, which made it difficult to track requests and approvals. We often didn’t know who approved what or where requests were getting delayed. APSentra introduced structured requisitions and automated approval workflows, which improved transparency and accountability. As a result, we reduced approval delays and gained better visibility into purchasing activity.

**What do you like best about APSentra?**

I find APSentra quiet intuitive and easy to use, which is really helpful, especially for new users. The ability to copy previous tenders saves us a lot of time when creating new ones. I like that all data becomes visible and available for analysis, and the variety of reports helps us analyze our tenders, spend, and the quantity of participants effectively. The tool's ability to prepare received proposals analysis is extremely helpful. Additionally, APSentra's structured and usable functionality suits different businesses, and great support ensures quick and proper data download.

**What do you dislike about APSentra?**

The initial setup wasn't easy for us as requesters because we had to gather and analyze a lot of info, but with APS support, all data were downloaded quickly and properly.

**What problems is APSentra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

APSentra automates tender processing, enhances data transparency, speeds up processes, and improves proposal competitiveness. It's intuitive, saves time by allowing copying of tenders, makes data available for analysis, and provides helpful reports for negotiations.

APSentra gives us better control over purchasing without making the process feel complicated. Requests are standardized, approvals are automated, and all documentation is kept in one central place. As a result, we’ve seen more consistent purchasing practices across departments and less manual work for the procurement team.

The sourcing functionality works well for structured requests, but adding more supplier comparison tools would make evaluations more comprehensive and easier to complete.

**What do you like best about APSentra?**

APSentra made our purchasing process significantly more organized. Instead of chasing approvals and manually compiling information, requests now follow a structured workflow from submission to approval. The ability to track request status in real time reduced a lot of internal communication. Another thing we like is that the platform is flexible; we were able to define approval levels, assign roles, and adjust workflows as our process evolved.

At the start, there were many role and access permission configurations
