"Buyer Beware"

Describe the project or task Appster helped with:

Just Save engaged Appster to develop a responsive web and iOS and android app. The software designed was not fit for purpose and Appster agreed to refund our $60,000 deposit. Appster had utilised our deposit for other clients developments and now need 6 months to repay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Appster?

Appster were unable to complete the project and now are unable to repay our deposit in full and have need to go on a payment plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appster?

Arrogance of management that believe they are entitled to spend our money and repay a holding deposit over 6 months Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Appster:

Buyer beware a 6 months payment plan to refund a $60,000 deposit is very concerning. I could not recommend Appster to any prospective consumer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't found anything I dislike about Appster. The tricky thing can be the time differences at times, yet it can come to an advantage as well.
