ApprovePost Reviews & Product Details

ApprovePost is client content approval software built for social media managers, freelancers, creative professionals, and agencies that need a simple way to collect client feedback and get content approved. Instead of sending social media posts, images, videos, captions, and other creative content back and forth through email or messaging apps, creators can share content with clients using a private review link. Clients do not need to create an account or learn a new platform. They simply open the link, review the content, leave comments, request changes, or approve it. ApprovePost keeps client feedback connected to the content being reviewed, making it easier to understand what needs to be changed and what has already been approved. Clear approval statuses and version history help creators manage revisions and avoid confusion around outdated files, scattered comments, or unclear sign-off. The platform is designed for client-facing content workflows where a full enterprise proofing system or complex social media management suite would add unnecessary overhead. ApprovePost focuses specifically on making the review and approval stage simple for both the creator and the client. Common use cases include social media content approval, creative review and approval, client feedback collection, marketing content review, and approval workflows for freelancers and agencies managing content for multiple clients. ApprovePost is particularly useful for teams that already have their preferred tools for content creation, project management, or publishing but need a dedicated client approval workflow between creating the content and publishing the final version. With ApprovePost, the goal is straightforward: send one review link, keep feedback organized, make revisions clear, and get explicit client approval without chasing feedback across email threads and DMs.
