I use ApprovalMax for bills, batch payment, and purchase order management. I really appreciate the easy matching of purchase orders and bills with check and balance features. The complete audit trail and seamless integration with Xero provide excellent visibility and accountability throughout the approval process. ApprovalMax helps us eliminate manual approval processes that were previously managed through emails and messaging platforms. It provides a centralized system for tracking approvals, reducing the risk of unauthorized spending and ensuring compliance with internal policies. As a result, approvals are processed more efficiently, management has better visibility over transactions, and our finance team spends less time on administrative follow-up.
